This property was perfect for us. The host was wonderful as we needed an extra 2 nights and we were able to extend our visit. Really appreciated the American flag.

Great place to stay for a four day golf trip. The place was as advertised: good location, clean, plenty of space, and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Great experience.

Pleasant comfortable accommodating get away

Although our visit was not very long, we enjoyed being with our family and friends. I wouldn’t mind coming back to stay here again.

Relaxing stay

This property is amazing. Plenty of beds for your stay..all which are very comfortable. Property was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the kids to play, plenty of bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. A nice quite neighborhood that was conveniently located to the zoo, our destination. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect location for East Fork State Park and close to amenities. House was cozy and had plenty of space. Driveway was quite rough and turning left out of it was very scary.

Great for what we needed

We had 9 people coming to watch our guys play baseball. It was the perfect location close to the baseball complex and the kitchen allowed us to make meals. Very clean and easy to communicate with host. We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we needed!

The property was great. Very convenient to our activities. Very clean and well equipped. The property manager communicated very well. Would definitely recommend for a trip to this area!

Nice house

Owner was very responsive and quickly (always within a few minutes). Nice stay near Cincinnati for our family of 8. It fulfilled our needs.

Wonderful stay in Batavia

Perfect home for a weeklong stay. The place was as advertised - no surprises. Vicky was very responsive to texts and was a pleasure to deal with. The driveway was a bit daunting at first after the second day it was a non-issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is interested in coming to this part of the Cincy area.

Convenient to Hope’s Way Gathering Venue

Overall neat and clean. It was very close to our daughter’s wedding venue. Parking is a little complicated and the driveway is deeply sloped making it difficult to pull in and out. Otherwise good stay.

Great location to Hopes Way Gathering Wedding Venue

The home was perfect for our family of 8 that came in for my son’s wedding at Hopes Way Gathering Venue. It was only a 9 min drive. The home was clean and roomy. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to cook meals. Also close to both Amelia and Batavia for shopping and restaurants and only 35 mins from the CVG airport.

Summer getaway 2022

It was a nice place overall. I did not enjoy knowing that there were cameras watching us like we were going to something wrong. We closed the blinds to keep our privacy indoors from the cameras. The house itself was nice. Everyone enjoyed all the room the house had to offer.

1st Impression

The stay was good, and I enjoyed the home. I I was disappointed in the yard, which didn't do the house justice. The grass was just mowed, and you could tell that it was very tall prior. A lot of excess grass all over, and no weed control was done. The house right next door, to be honest, was very creepy and overgrown. Again, it doesn't do this property any favors. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Jim

Grass is mowed every week wasn’t tall before sorry you feel this way , we keep flower beds weeded and weed control around the home every week if this was an issue i do ask everyone to let me know so we can send someone out ASAP .

The house was very clean, well stocked with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. We were very happy with the communication and our stay. There were 10 of us and we all slept comfortably.

great place

We needed a place to sleep ten when my family and my brother's family got together. The kids loved the basement. Everyone loved that they got their own tv in their room. The house was super clean and very cute. Highly recommend!
