Welcome to our charming home in Hyde Park! As experienced Premier hosts for over 10 years, we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space. Enjoy an updated kitchen and master bath, a cozy front porch and a spacious back deck surrounded by lush, seasonal landscaping and a peaceful fountain. Located on a quiet tree lined street in a residential neighborhood, you'll enjoy excellent outdoor lighting, a true sense of community and the charm of local living-far from typical rental areas.Hyde Park has beautiful parks, and tree lined streets. Our home is a 5-10 minute walk to Hyde Park, and Mt. Lookout Squares. 10 minute drive to downtown and stadium also a 10 minute drive to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Our home offers the convenience and comfort you are looking for-we would love to host you.
Guest access:
Fully equipped kitchen and free laundry facility. Two bathrooms with plenty of towels, hairdryers, toiletries, and a make up mirror. Safety grab bars in both shower/bath ares. Wet bar in the basement with three bar stools and a card table. TV's in all bedrooms and basement with large flat screen TV. Play area in basement as well as a gym quality treadmill.

Great Spot - Lots of Stuff to Walk To

This was a wonderful property. It's an old home in an absolutely great neighborhood that has been redone. Hosts are wonderful and very communicative. Will stay again if visiting this area.

The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. It's located close to so many things, many within walking distance. Barb was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We had a great time!

Barb is wonderful - the perfect host.

The house is lovely. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the location is perfect, and there are lots of little personal touches that make this a special place to stay. Everyone in our family loved it!

Girls Weekend

Weekend stay

Our family was in town for a family wedding and this house was a perfect location near downtown. Safe, quiet neighborhood. House was plenty spacious for us with cute outside back deck. We were able to park our 2 vehicles in front of the home. The owner Barb was very responsive to my questions.

Wonderful Experience in a Very Nice Home!

A lovely home and neighborhood, and everything provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Especially enjoyed sitting on the beautifully landscaped patio and using the gas grill. A full 5 star review, as this owner took great care to make sure our stay was perfect. I recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Cincinnati area!

Comfortable and convenient Oasis

Beautiful property. We are touring and exhausted and this house gave a us a taste of home. Comfortable, clean, easy check-in, good kitchen, great communication w owners. They were super helpful with our parking needs as well (we have a van and trailer).

We had a truly fantastic experience. Outstanding location - Hyde Park neighborhood is a gem. Beautiful house with everything you need. Drinks on the front porch and dinner on the back deck - perfect! My family and I are so happy we stayed here.

Great House

My wife, myself and our 21 year old son were in town along with my parents and mother in law to visit my oldest son in Cincinnati. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and we didn’t even use the family room/bar area in the basement. The outdoor spaces were very nice. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend renting this house when you are in town.

Celebrating 70th birthday in Cincinnati

My two grandchildren and my son rented the house, because it was my birthday, and my granddaughter ran in the Flying Pig. We were close to many restaurants, several parks, and activities. It's a lovely home!

Great Location, Wonderful Property

We were in town for a wedding in the city, and this was the perfect location The property is just like the pictures—-darling. Plenty of room for the six we had. Communication was excellent. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the city

The cleanest ever with extras!!

I've stayed at many places and this was one of cleanest ever!! Very nice layout with numerous areas to gather/hang out! Extras everywhere from drinks, snacks, laundry ( needed with baby!) and spices available. Eager to please owners and friendly neighbors!

Perfect

This rental was perfect for our girlfriend get together. The space was the right size for our group of six. Everything was very clean and it was nicely decorated. Special care seemed to be given to the amenities. The location was a short walk to restaurants for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend.

Family weekend

Came down for a family weekend and am so glad we found this rental. The home is exactly as described and fit our needs to a tee. Clean, in a nice neighborhood and had lots of little extras that made us feel welcome! Outdoor patio was lovely and the plants were beautiful. Spent a lot of time out back on the evenings. Xavier visit

We stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Xavier University. The location is excellent in that it is minutes away from dining, grocery stores, and Xavier University. The owners were very easy to work with and the property is as listed. We enjoyed the homey atmosphere and felt very comfortable in the home. The home was clean, well stocked with everything needed for cooking, and even a well stocked bar in the basement. Will stay here again in the future.

Out of town guests for a family wedding

Our experience here was fantastic. The house was exactly as described - very comfortable for the five of us who were visiting from out-of-town for our niece’s wedding in Cincinnati. The location was so convenient - in a nice, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Mount Lookout Square or a bit longer walk/quick drive to Hyde Park Square, with great shops and restaurants/cafes. House was a great home base during wedding activities. Hosts set us up with everything we needed and provided coffee, snacks, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

We are empty nesters. We moved from a 5 bedroom home out in suburbia to a smaller home in the city. We love it here. Barb is a retired public health nurse. Now is an adjunct nursing faculty for Xavier University, which is only about two miles away. Home is kept meticulously clean and neat. Chuck is a maintenance manager for a hydroponics company in Cincinnati, 80 Acres. He loves to work outside in our yard, and keeps our home looking great!

We love to walk, we enjoy going to lots of different restaurants, bars, and going to live entertainment. It's all now within a five -10 minute walk from our home. Or we can get to downtown Cincinnati, Riverfront Stadium, the Cincinnati Zoo, the Art Museum, or Conservatory, or horseshoe Casino in 10 minutes drive. Cincinnati Children's Hospital is 5 miles away. Uber drivers arrive in minutes when summoned.
