Our stay was wonderful! All the necessities were provided and there was even a tesla charger for my friends car! We loved the home, super cozy. Will be booking again!

Great location and Home

We stayed at the Blue House for the first time the week of Memorial Day week to visit family in the area. It was a great location - nice neighborhood for walking, biking and just a few blocks from the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

Perfect getaway with the family and fur babies !

We had a wonderful stay! The area was perfect peaceful, welcoming, and great for both families and furry friends. The home had everything we needed and host made it special. Making it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together. We truly loved our time here with our family. Thank you for sharing such a special space

We were very pleased with our stay at The Blue House. It was me and my husband and our two adult children (one who lives in Virginia). We had three dogs (much appreciated to be able to bring out pets for peace of mind) and the accommodations were perfect in that there was a fenced in back yard for letting the dogs out, as well as a grassy park one block down for walking our furry friends. The house had everything we needed, and as our weather did not cooperate so much, we enjoyed using some of the many games available, including the nintendo which our son hooked into his Switch. The kitchen was well stocked and we made a large breakfast one morning, and grilled our last night on the charcoal grill. Beds were comfortable as well. Was within walking distance to the beach (we got one sunny day), as well as minature golf right down the street. We may book again next year depending upon where we want to vacation.

The Blue House

The home was very comfortable, clean and in a great location...just a few blocks to the beach and a short drive to Assateague Island. Not to mention the indoor/outdoor putt putt golf just around the corner. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfection

Fantastic experience, we would stay at The Blue House again! Neil and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Neil reached out before our trip to see if we had questions or needed recommendations and made sure we were happy upon arrival. The Blue House is clean and comfortable, in a perfect neighborhood location that is safe to walk your dogs, and is within walking distance to the beach. Bonus that there are extras to enjoy such ad a ping pong table, fire pit and bikes! There is even a small fully fenced in yard for the pups. We were happy to find this gem when searching for a place to stay!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home, great stay!!! If you are looking for a beautiful rental close to the beach this is it!! Very attentive & caring owners. Neil made us feel like this was our own home for the week! Definitely 5 stars and we will be staying again!!!

Great Stay at the BlueHouse

We enjoyed our stay at the BlueHouse. Neil was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us comfortable. The home is just as depicted and filled with lots of little extras. Would definitely stay here again.

The Blue house didn’t disappoint!

The house was immaculate! My wife and I needed a space for our two dogs during a wedding ceremony and “The Blue House” was perfect. The house was fenced in and the neighborhood was very dog friendly. Neil was very involved in the process and provided us with lots of information. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Great Spot for a Family Vacation

we stayed at the Blue House for a family vacation. The set up was great with plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and other activities. The house was well maintained and included a lot of great extra amenities like bicycles, a ping pong table, pickleball rackets and more. We would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Great time at the Blue House

The Blue House was amazing. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. The location is great and loved the fact that there were bicycles available, Our host checked on us frequently and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful house

The house is impressively well equipped and nicely decorated, anything you need in a house you have it in this one. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we brought our dogs and it was excellent, we will definitely consider it to stay there next year.

Perfect family house

Our family had a wonderful time at Neil's Blue House. The charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Neil responded to our questions within 15 minutes via text and email. We had plenty of room with 6 adults to stay comfortably. We would certainly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Awesome place to stay!

We loved staying at the Blue House! It's in a super convenient, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Near a park and tiny free library. The house is so cute and comfy. They had everything we needed during our stay. My adult son enjoyed the N64. My hubby enjoyed the coffee making equipment! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. The host, Neil, is super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great experience

The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. The house was cozy and had everything we needed Neil and Elizabeth were very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Drama free vacation

The house itself was clean and comfortable. The outside shower came in handy to rinse off the children. Both bathrooms were very nice and having a washer and dryer truly helped. Love both the decks. The street was quiet. My dog was very well-behaved and enjoyed the yard and nearby park with the kids.

Wonderful!!!

5 bikes, with the ping pong table outside on the back patio was great we used them all. Actually had a little ping pong tournament. Park is a block away which was great for taking our dog for a quick potty walk. Tv in every room as well which was nice. We had a wonderful family stay!! Thank you

Wonderful beach stay

Clean and wonderful property just as advertised. The check in process was so easy. The open concept is best for your whole guests to gather. Bedrooms were clean and outside shower came in handy. Communication with property managers was seamless, thanks again for making us feel special. A bit of a drive to the boardwalk but short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed the stay which included an infant and a dog.

Idyllic Family Vacation Spot

My family (parents, spouse, and child) and I spent a wonderful week at the Blue House. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but everything else absolutely was perfect…comfortable family room, kitchen stocked with every tool or appliance you might need, plenty of sleeping space, indoor and outdoor showers, porches, and games. Many shops and restaurants are close by with an easy walk, while the house itself still is on a peaceful, quiet side street. The hosts were very friendly and solicitous. We had a terrific vacation and loved staying here. Definitely would consider booking again for next summer!

Great house, close to the beach

Our family had a lovely stay at the blue house. It’s very clean and well stocked for guests needs. The outdoor ping pong table and bikes were an nice added bonus for us. 😃 The best thing, though, was the responsiveness of the owners. We had a few small things that needed attention and they were on it immediately. I would definitely recommend this for others looking to stay in the area.

Great stay!

This was a great house. Loved the layout and open space. The bedrooms also had space to walk around. Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs, including a fridge with water and ice maker, which I don't often find in rentals. Loved the sunroom entrance so we weren't dragging sand through the house. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table out back and pickleball court around the corner and the neighborhood was lovely for morning runs and walks with our pup. Neil was an attentive host, checking in every day, and he even sent us some goodies. Highly recommend!

We're a husband and wife duo committeed to really bringing our guests wonderful experiences at our property.

Our journey into being hosts began when we couldnt find a hotel to stay at that was pet friendly, while being close to the beach, where we can also charge our car.

Fastforward to now, we're enjoy filling that niche and being apart of making peoples vacation experiences wonderful.

Before you enter the house, you walk in through an open sunroom that where you can entertain, play games, and enjoy the weather under the shade.

Walking into the house, you're greeted by a large living area with a 65 inch TV, open kitchen with barstools, and a full size dining table that opens to the front deck where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean city weather.

You'll also have a large full sized sofa bed to sleep or lounge on ready to be opened for the night or evening.

The front deck is open to the the beautiful outdoors with seating for 8 and coffee tables for your beverage of choice.

We have three bedrooms and 4 beds - a king bed, queen bed, and a full over full bunk bed. The master bedroom has an attached full bath, and there another full bath in the hallway shared with the queen and bunk beds. Each room has a 55 inch TV, and ample lighting to read before going to bed.

The king bed opens up to the back wrap around deck where there is more seating with an outdoor shower for those long days at the beach.

On the back deck there's also a charcoal grill ready to enjoy a summer barbeque (charcoal not provided).

In the front we have 4 bikes along with beach chairs, body boards, and umbrella for you to enjoy everything OC has to offer.

Outside you've also got a ping pong table that's easy to set up and use!
