Bike Week dates are Currently Available, 9/10-9/14 and our unit has private, off-street parking on the service road between 142nd and 143rd Streets. During June-August the Property Strictly Rents from Sunday to Sunday. The Condo currently has dates available in May, September, October and November, December. Please inquire for pet availability, there is an additional $80 for 1st time pets as there is an additional cleaning fee for pet hair. This is a large 1 Bedroom Condominium with Den and extra closet, full eat-in kitchen, large balcony with Ocean Views. The condo has 5 beds.

-1 den with bunk beds and closet
-1 full size pullout sofa
-1 twin sized trundle.
The condo is a stones throw to the sand and has a private entrance and parking space.
This is a Unique Condo on the beach side and on a private road. The space is large, simple and tastefully done with families in mind. The unit is very clean, professionally inspected/cleaned weekly and in good working condition.
We provide a clean, fun, safe condo with an amazing location that is perfect for families at a reasonable price.

Wonderful place for a getaway!

Very nice place close to the ocean. We everything we needed. Owner was so helpful, making sure we got in ok and giving suggestions on places in the area. We hope to be back again.

Great location and cute, cozy condo.

My husband and I came for a festival. The condo was a very short walk to the ocean, great location, 9 miles from the boardwalk and close to many restaurants. It had everything we needed. Great neighbors as well! Pet friendly. Would visit again!

A peaceful retreat.

The rental was very clean and a convenient location. We loved taking our pups to the beach. This was a great spot and we are already looking to book again!

Quaint and quiet

The condo was very quaint and the location quiet as it was closer to Fenwick. The beach was a short walk. The condo is located close to places to walk to eat. The just was incredible and communicated with me prior to our stay and made sure we arrived safely. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant Trip

Nice, clean place. Convienent location with the beach accessible just a few steps away. The host reached out beforehand with extra information about the property and gave recommendations on places to check out. We enjoyed our time here!

Adorable place!

The check in process was seamless. We came down here for Ocean’s Calling and we had a blast staying here. Its location is pretty solid, and Steve was incredibly responsive. It was our first time staying this far north and it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the island. Be advised that you need to bring your own linens and towels (that was no big deal though). Thanks!

Great place

I really enjoyed staying at Steve’s condo. He was always available. His condo is cool cozy and close to the beach. I look forward to coming back next year. Thank you Steve for an awesome stay.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. It was in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and mini golf. We liked that it was the exact center of everything. The Ocean City Boardwalk was a short distance away. The property met our expectations and the host was very helpful in offering advice. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at condo

Condo was very clean, convenient to beach, quiet and peaceful. Had all amenities needed. Owner, Mr. Hubbard is a very nice and caring man. We did not know how to use TV when we arrived and he called us back ASAP and walked us through it. He goes the extra mile, had garbage bags there, dish soap etc. Would be happy to stay again.

I had a great weekend stay at the condo It was excellent, very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a new born baby. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the beach. All things considered the fee was a fair price.

Perfect Beach Location

This was the perfect spot, just a minutes walk to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet little spot. The condo had everything we needed and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We enjoyed taking a nice drive up to Rehoboth and back one of the days we had rain. I would highly recommend this little condo and you can’t beat the price. We will likely be booking again in the future.

Great experience

My spouse and I went to OC for the inaugural Ocean's Calling Festival. This property met our needs perfectly. We were able to have our 2 small dogs join us. The place was clean, and located in the perfect spot close to the beach, the bus station, and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again if we return next year. Steve was great to work with as well.

4th of July family vacation of 5 people.

The process was super easy from beginning to end. Communication from the owner was simply excellent every step of the way! The condo was clean, and stocked with most necessities. Convenient parking! Super quick access to the beach by foot. Location is convenient to many restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this family friendly condo for your next vacation! Our family will be back for sure!!!

Beautiful and peaceful

The property was very quaint and peaceful. Parking was right under so it made loading and unloading (with 2 small kids) very easy. It was nice drinking my coffee on the balcony with a slight view of the ocean every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked so grocery shopping was easy. The location was PERFECT! You have the movie theatre right in front, Pizza, ice cream, put-put, 7-11, crabs, ocean all within walking distance. The house was clean and well kept. Stephen was very easy going and reachable. We had no issues to need him but it was nice that he was a phone call away. Will stay again.

Perfect location, everything we needed!

This was exactly the weekend getaway we needed before baby #2 arrives in a couple months. The location was perfect. Just a block from the beach with several restaurant options and stores in walking distance. It was easy to get around even with a two-year-old and me being very pregnant. The owner, Steve, was reliable and responsive. He even invited us to come a few days early at no charge because the place was vacant. He provided all the info we needed beforehand and even a bunch of restaurant and activity recommendations. We had no issues with the condo at all. The building is older than some of the surrounding buildings but it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the best!!!!!

From the first contact to the last check out- Stephen went ABOVE & beyond to help me and accommodate my four kids and myself. He gave local recommendations, he was in contact whenever I needed him on the trip too! You won’t get that with an overpriced hotel room! The condo itself is CLEAN, the neighbors are so friendly, and it’s location is GOLDEN. There’s laundry right across the street, the beach entrance is private and not crowded at all! Boardwalk was 15 minutes away ! All the good restaurants, fish tales, secrets, dead Freddie’s. All right out your doorstep. Everything was provided in the condo except obviously your linens! Which is nice because it kept it clean/sanitary. Oh and the lock on the door you can just use the code so u never have to worry about carrying keys with you on the beach- a savior with kids! We will DEF be back and thank you SO MUCH Stephen!

Great Location

Self check in was quick and easy, the unit is perfectly located and very close to the beach. Owner was responsive and helpful; fast to reply to any questions, and flexible with our check in/out times. The unit is as pictured aside from improvements that have been made to the bathroom, so there is a full tub in the bathroom now as noted in the listing. Rooms are small but perfect for a couple. The bunk bed bedroom is between the living room and kitchen & bath, so that could be inconvenient with small children, but if you know before you go and plan bedtime accordingly, it could work out. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you might need to cook and eat at the condo, and many supplies (dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) are provided, which is convenient. We did not notice that sheets/blankets/towels and pillows were not supplied, so make sure to take those along. In our case, a quick trip to Rose's solved the problem. Heat and A/C work well, there is satellite TV available, and in the night stand in the bedroom there are additional outlets inside the drawer, which is a nice touch. The unit was spotlessly clean and there were cleaning supplies available if you need them. We were very happy with the unit and would happily stay here again.

Holiday Stay

My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place in North Ocean City near my sister's house for the holiday.I was lucky enough to find Steve and Ben's condo. It fit our needs perfectly, and was neat and very clean.Steve was very responsive with any questions I had.Would love to go back when we can take advantage of the deck and the ocean view.

close to everything!

Just hubby and I plus pet. Location is great, close to restaurants, shopping and minigolf. Very short walk to ocean and can see from the balcony. Quiet at night. Enjoyed our downtime there! Owner was easy to chat with. Would stay again

You can not find a condo closer to the beach for this price. The condo also is located on a small private road with little to no traffic. We work hard to have a reasonable, safe and clean vacation home for families. This is a quiet location that is accessible to everything with a private setting. Front door to sand in less than a minute with 1 large private parking space and available parking for more vehicles in very close proximity.
