This spacious 3 bedroom home is perfect for hosting family events or just visiting family while here in Sioux center! It offers some beautiful amenities: a large living room on the main floor and a 50” tv. A new 8 person hot tub is located right out the back door and features built in Bluetooth sound system! A screened in porch with furniture will allow you enjoy the weather without any unwanted pests. A spacious basement with a large living area and 50” tv also come with ping pong table and foosball table as well as a basement mini fridge! The newly updated kitchen offers all of the cooking utensils you will need along with all new stainless steel appliances!

This home was a great fit for our daughter's wedding! We had plenty of space to sleep, hang out, and get ready. It was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the hot tub!

Overall the house provided everything we needed. Host is very responsive and worked to accommodate us when we had to extend our stay due to the storm.

Great experience all around. Hosts are wonderful communicating well about check in…we requested earlier and they had the place spotless! Will definitely book early to stay here again for our family reunion crew!

This property is very well kept and pleasant. Our guests had a significant issue with scents in the home, which included diffusers and air fresheners in every room as well as bedding that was quite scented. If you have sensitivities to these things you may wish to know this and maybe communicate that to the property owner to see what your options are. Otherwise, it was excellently kept.

Visiting Family

We were in town for a family birthday celebration. We enjoyed the house location and its proximity to the bike trail. Its a quiet neighborhood. The housw was clean well supplied.
