House was exactly like the pictures We were 6 adults. There was enough living spaces to hang out together and enough to go off by yourself. Staff was quick to answer my emails and phone calls. House was very clean.

We stayed at this lovely property in early August. The house was a perfect size. The family room was big and the sofa was perfect for every one to lounge around and relax. There anre also two smaller rooms off the family room where you can read or relax. The location was very close to Charleston and also Sullivan’s Island. The neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk around ( there are no sidewalks). We would definitely recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful home. I would highly recommend anyone staying there. It’s very clean. They have washer dryer facilities on site. Makes life easy a wonderful location close to everything.

Great property in a family neighborhood. Everything was in easy driving distance. The bedrooms had nice, big beds. The kitchen was well-equiped. The hosts provided toiletries, which we appreciated. We would stay there again!

This house is in the perfect location, centrally located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. The home was definitely very large and homey; everyone was very comfortable staying the whole week. We highly recommend this house! The mattresses and pillows were super comfortable; all of us slept well. Very friendly neighborhood; where you can bring your boat to take advantage of the great waterways around the Charleston area. Thank you to Stay Duvet; they made communicating very easy and were very attentive to all issues. If we come back to the area we will definitely rent this home again!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Wonderful residential location. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Very practical location, easy drive to beach and downtown. Home was nicely decorated, Having a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, salt for cooking etc. was great. Beds were comfortable. House was roomy. We’d love to return!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Attwood! The management team was kind and helpful - they even extended our stay last-minute. Check in/out were simple. Awesome location, sweet neighborhood and super convenient to Charleston and nearby beaches. Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive away. Beds were especially comfortable, and the house smelled very nice. Everything as described if not better. We’re already looking forward to staying again!

The accommodations exceeded our expatiations. It was very clean and roomy, perfect for a small family reunion. It was a remolded and updated home in a mature, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent this property again. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive.

The house is very comfortable, offering a variety of spaces for people to either gather, or spend time alone. We loved sitting on the front porch, sunny in the morning, and cool in the afternoon. The reading room is great too. Beds are very comfortable, nice linens, very good closet space. The kitchen is fine, but would benefit from some updating. The neighborhood is delightful, full of kids on bikes and people walking dogs. Location is excellent.

Excellent house near Charleston!

Great location, close to beaches and downtown Charleston. Easy access back and forth. Great neighborhood, safe and welcoming. House was great! Highly recommend.

Host was very communicative leading up to the stay, and clear instructions for a smooth check in. Small hiccups such as running out of dishwasher pods as we cooked most meals, but nothing with a real impact on our trip.

The house was fully equipped with everything you might need. Beds were comfy, furniture very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. The sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and the living room was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe with families playing ball outside and riding bikes. It was a quick 15 minute ride to diwntown Charleston. Overall terrific experience.

Perfect Location

The property was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding weekend. Location was perfect as we had events in downtown, Sullivan’s, and Daniel Island. We had a problem with AC and that was addressed immediately by the team and resolved within hours on a Sunday. Would stay here again - also neighborhood is lovely!

Comfortable inviting Home on the corner in a great quiet neighborhood with tall trees pleasant Neighbors but close to shopping and entertainment. The master bedroom is large and the bed was comfortable the other two bedrooms were well appointed and those beds were comfortable as well. There is a large central living room, but there are also two adjacent sitting rooms for additional privacy or just a nice cup of coffee in the morning, the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry area was very usable. We had children with us and felt comfortable with them playing outside on the front lawn or in the street playing Frisbee or ball not a lot of through traffic. I felt it was a very safe neighborhood. The management company at stay duvet were very helpful and we’re on top of my entry into the Property as well as my one request for a bathmat for the master tub shower. This property is clean but not a museum. It felt like a very comfortable family home and I would be happy to stay there again in the future if I was in the area.

AMAZING!!!!

This place was a 10 out of 10!!! Could not be more happy with staying here! The neighborhood was super quiet and located in a great area! Just minutes to everywhere. There were four of us and we had plenty of room and were all so very comfortable. We especially loved the sunroom and how you can be in there and not disturb others. My favorite room!! Check in was super easy, and communication with stay duvet was excellent. Absolutely will book this place again when we travel to Charleston. The fenced back yard was also a super nice added bonus!! Loved it! Thanks again for a wonderful stay and I honestly give this place an A+++++ rating!!

Great location!

You can't beat this location, 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, 20 minutes to beaches. The home is old - not a criticism just a fact. The layout works well for a large family. We had wifi issues and no wifi (TV is internet too) for the first 3 days but the management company was very diligent in fixing it and ultimately did - so their service was great. The only thing that really needs improvement is the backyard. It is mostly weeds and ant hills. A weekend cleanup and pinestraw would make it much more enjoyable. All and all I would recommend this home.
