1st Destin Trip

We stayed at Majestic Sun at Miramar Beach and it was excellent. Wonderful Condo with everything we needed and easily accessible to the beach. Definitely would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay, we love Majestic Sun and having an oceanfront view. The condo was as pictured and described. Our questions were answered quickly by the host.One suggestion I have would be to add blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The layout of the condo has both bedrooms on the back half and the outside hall lights bleed through the blinds and curtains. Probably not an issue for everyone, but I prefer a dark room when I sleep.

Family trip

The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Great view and beach access. Really nice to have the washer/dryer there. Be ready to wait on an elevator at peak times but it was never too long of a wait.

We loved staying at the property. The view of the ocean was just amazing. We had grandkids with us, and they all thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach. And we loved the nice big kitchen to cook in and the 2 baths; Renee came and brought us extra supplies that we needed for the family very promptly, and I appreciated that so much. The pool was very nice. The beach view was amazing and there was lots of parking. It was really easy. We were very close to lots of restaurants. We could walk to which we just love that, and we were close to other activities for the grandkids, the fudpuckers and the go cart raceway, and going to the Destin wharf, and we went deep sea fishing, it was great. We will come back next year and maybe bring more family! We liked having a combination lock on the door instead of a key, very, very convenient. Thank you for having us.

Property was just as described. The only thing that would be nice if there were more basic supplies (coffee filters, dish drainer, more TP, etc.)

Great location, beautiful rooms, unbeatable view, down elevator, across street, great beach,.

Everything you need. Well supplied. Quiet. Great TV, watched UT play, abundance of towels. Loved double beds guestroom. Quiet, perfect. 4th year staying in this bldg; best condo yet. Beautifully furnished. Thank you. Hope to return.

Great location and amazing oceanfront view of the beach!!

My family of 5 spent the week at this perfect location with awesome views of the ocean. Elevator under construction so only had 2 working at the time, slight wait during peak times. My only complaint is that the condo was not thoroughly cleaned. We found a pair of dirty undergarment in the master bedroom!!

Great view, great for families

We loved our stay at the Majestic Sun! This unit had everything we needed, and was very clean. We took a chance on the weather by coming in late March, but the heated pool was quite warm, and the two hot tubs were very relaxing. The kids loved playing in the sand at the beach. We were initially concerned about having to cross the street to get to the beach, but every driver was very good about stopping for pedestrians at the crossings. The view of the Gulf fun the unit was amazing, and the view from the front door was really nice as well. We liked that the building is 100% smoke free. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Miramar Beach.

Decent

The location was great but condo definitely needs updating and a good cleaning. Had to wash Kitchen goods and bath towels when we arrived. I liked the layout of condo itself. Fitness Center was closed by HOA for Covid but I was told open so that should’ve been communicated. Booking was very easy on this site.

Nice Getaway

Overall very good place to stay. Condo was reasonably clean, if I had one complaint it would be that the windows and sliding door glass to the deck were filthy. We went and bought some windex and cleaned ourselves. One other complaint was there were times when both elevators were locked out and would not operate. I know some construction was going on but they should have never had both locked at one time. We had to walk down 9 floors.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, unit was clean and the beach access was so wonderful. We rented chairs from LDV. There is an ice cream shop on ground level for a sweet treat which was nice! The indoor outdoor pool was a great option to have as well! So close to so many things to eat and do. We were also able to rent jet skis right in front of the condo as a fun adventure! The condo was perfect for us and had no issues with anything.

Beach Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The listing matched the ad perfectly. The condo had great beach views and was clean and cozy. We needed a second parking pass last minute so I sent a message and when we came back to the condo it was on the counter! We didn’t realize there was an umbrella and boogie boards in the closet till the second day but was a pleasant surprise. I prefer a firmer bed so the double beds were a bit too soft and uncomfortable for me but my partner had no issues. Overall it was a great condo!

As listed!

Everything was great. The view was amazing, the second bedroom was great for my unexpected sister that came threw and stayed 1 night with us. It was perfect. Oh, but just make sure you grab some groceries on your way in so you don’t have drive anywhere. Not many thing are walking distance.

Excellent view!

Easy renting thru VRBO. Excellent view, however the sofa and love seat are old with missing buttons and small holes in them. The balcony is large but also had holes in the screen. The unit needs maintenance. Some of the dishes were still dirty upon arrival. The dishwasher was not unloaded and had a foal odor. The towels were old and very worned. We ended up buying towels for the stay. The location and view saved it.
