Kitchen is fully equipped, just like a home with breakfast bar and table four 4. The dining room has seating for 6.

The beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach (Destin) and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf are only steps away and offer as much or as little activity as you desire!

Everything was wonderful; we had an awesome time! The condo was exactly as the photos showed, but even bigger & it was extremely clean! The views were beautiful & our host, Julie was extremely helpful & informative. The location was amazing; easy beach access & the chairs/umbrella beach service was top notch & one of the highlights of our trip. My fiancé & his daughter loved the sushi from the on-site restaurant, Royal Palm Grill. Would definitely recommend & would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us, Julie!!

Condo was clean and well maintained. Loved the views from the balcony and was just a short walk to the beach. Beaches are beautiful and loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included. Julie was a great hostess - quick to respond and really appreciated late check out! Thank you!

Perfect beach getaway!

This beach condo was the perfect location for a beach trip -- our family stayed here for a music festival within walking distance and I'm glad we chose this one!

Was a great stay with fantastic communication with management. Location was great and unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach and chair service was a must and despite it being an older facility it had everything we needed. We will be coming back next year and hated to leave.

Great Quick Getaway

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We could sitvon the patio and watch the kids play on the pool. The condo was clean and was as described. The restaurant in the resort was amazing!

Great place to enjoy the beach! Checking in was easy and just as described. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The host responded promptly to a few questions I had.

Family Vacation

This was a first family vacation to the beach with our two children. They are young so the location and proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. The property manager was super responsive and helpful.

Summer trip

Location was great, nice facilities, and the condo was great - loved the view, was clean and good size for our group of 5, with 3 kids ages 11-14. The elevators were slow and backed up at busy times. Otherwise it was a great trip and would stay again.
