Our condo is in a fantastic location in the downtown core just a few short blocks from the amazing seawall and the ocean. You will be very centrally located and have the ability to walk to anywhere downtown; 5-10 minute walk to Yaletown where you will find a wide array of amazing fine dining restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. You have use of a fitness centre on the 9th floor. There is also an outdoor hot tub and lounge area for those sunny days.

My home is located on the 11th floor so you will have great views of the ocean and mountains. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room. We supply extra soft and cozy blankets for the bedrooms and the living room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. We leave a start supply of coffee and tea, along with a few goodies to start you off. Full size washer and dryer in the suite and a start up supply of dishwasher and laundry pods for your stay.

On the 9th floor there is a gym and an outdoor hot tub plus a lounge area for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor that serves breakfast from a healthy fresh start ala carte menu, to the full breakfast buffet, complete with make your own golden waffle station. Open 6:30-10:30 Monday-Friday and 7:00-11:00 Saturday, Sunday & holiday.

Our home is very centrally located downtown. You are within minutes to buses and about a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown skytrain station. You could really walk to anywhere downtown.
You have coffee shops & restaurants all within minutes of our home. The Choices market is just a few blocks away for groceries. A short 5 minute walk will take you to our 22km seawall as well as the water taxi's that can take you across the water to Granville Island in a few minutes. You can take a stroll along the seawall going west, which will get you to English Bay and Stanley Park in about 25-30 minutes along a beautiful walk along the water.

Tasteful and thoughful

Property was very thoughtfully equipped. We lacked for nothing during our stay. Tea, coffee, dishwashing and laundry detergents, etc... Everything was provided.

Even better than the pictures!

The place is in a great location and is really nicely decorated. In fact they haven't updated the pictures since they did some upgrades so its even nicer than the pictures reflect! Great stay, I would recommend! The only thing I would say is that there is construction next door so if you are sensitive to noise and sleep in, it can get a bit loud in the morning.

Yaletown Condo

Property is nice and met our needs. The location was fabulous! The only issues were that there were a few maintenance issues that needed addressing but unfortunately we're not remedied during our stay. I would stay there again if the changes were made. Thanks Sue.

Could not ask for mote

Had multiple messages with host before our arrival which were answered promptly. Info booklet for the condo itself were professionally made, answered practically any question one might have and highlighting things to do. Nora, the housekeeper met us there making check in a breeze. This was our first time actually staying in Vancouver vs driving through on our way to whistler. Thank you for helping make it memorable!

A real city apartment

Super nice host who went out of her way for us. The apartment itself is showing its age, but it was clean and the bathroom and kitchen are functional. The decor is new, contemporary and tasteful. The entrance is in a very busy location near a traffic on ramp, and there was a big construction project underway in sept 2019 so the street entry is a little busy and funky, but better a block or two away. Steps from the waterfront and easily walkable to downtown, yaletown and kitsilano.

What a view!

The condo was awesome, it was the best place we stayed in during our trip. Super comfortable, very well decorated and in walking distance from many restaurants. I would highly recommend it!

Great condo and location.

I would rate this as 4.5 stars. Owner is great to deal with unit is lovely. Also it’s in a great location that’s close everything. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because of the construction going on all around the building and also that one of the windows does not close fully which allows for a lot of street noise to come through. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Check in was super easy. It is next to a hotel. Centrally located to everything. We walked most of the time to eat and shop. I recommend you download the cab app because it is hard to catch a cab anywhere. The hotel staff can call you a can also which was helpful. The apt is very comfortable.

June 27-30

This place was perfect for our family of four. Since my husband and I get up earlier than our girls, we let them have the bed, so they could sleep later. The pull out couch was as comfortable as a bed. The apartment was lovely and conveniently located. The Grandville Island ferry is a 5 minute walk. Yaletown was a short walk as well. We would stay here again.

Vancouver vacation

We stayed in this fabulous find for only a couple of days but wish we could have stayed longer. The property is in a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, the water, Yaletown, Granville Island and Stanley Park. We were lucky enough to get to meet Laurier and Sue, the owners. They gave us many suggestions of restaurants and sights to see. A fabulous brother and sister team, they made us feel so welcome and were happy to share their beautiful city with us. We can’t say enough good tjings about the entire visit!

Great Location!

Modern condo on 11th floor with water views! Walkable to most Vancouver neighborhoods like Yaletown, even to Granville Island! Views of the water! Very well appointed and stocked, with even a washer & dryer! Rental bikes nearby, helpful lobby staff called us a cab when we needed one. We didn't use the hot tub, but there is a rooftop one available. One observation, but not a big deal, some street and construction noise noticed but we were out most of the day. Thanks Laurier and so nice to meet you Sue. We didn't have a car and she met us there with keys and was very welcoming and friendly! Love Vancouver!

Nice, cozy property in the heart of Vancouver. Nice view of the bay. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Construction was going on during our stay, making it noisy at times, but overall a great experience.

Good central location

Fantastic views, efficient unit with everything you would need, a great central location. It is noisy as there are 3 major construction projects, 2 of which you can watch from your window. Pacific St and the on ramp to Granville bridge are right below your window, hence you hear cars accelerating, especially the abundance of very high end sports cars. We generally stayed out and about 12-14 hours each day, hence would miss the peak noise hours.

Again, Again

This was the perfect locale for us to enjoy the Vancouver Marathon. Easy access to Queen Elizabeth and Stanley Parks, great water views. Lots of tasty cuisines, diverse shopping oppotunities and easy access to Granville Island. The minimalist furnishings provided the perfect necessities for a luxurious getaway! We'd be honored to do it again!

Convenient spot in the downtown core of Vancouver.

Well appointed one bedroom condo that we thoroughly enjoyed for the 9 days we were in the city. All of the amenities we needed to cook and enjoy meals at the residence were present. Parking was included which is a HUGE draw since parking in Vancouver is $$$. Excellent response time from the owners/ manager when we needed anything. Would rent this space again.
