This home was very clean from the bedding to the kitchen and the bathrooms. The heated pool was amazing.

Wonderful experience. Very gracious hosts. House was clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms! Backyard and pool are fantastic! Perfect location.

An excellent home in an excellent location! Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The home was clean, Drew and Tyler responded promptly to questions, and everything overall was great.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family getaway and the it was great. 4 separate living areas gave everyone privacy and separation. The house was clean and well appointed. House location was super convenient and we found great places to eat within 10 minutes. Close to Hyannis, beaches and about 30 min from chatham.

Awesome place

Great house/space, highly recommend! The house was in a good location and a convenient base for our 4 day stay in the Cape. We cooked nightly and we all enjoyed the pool! All the core amenities were available on site and communication was seamless.

The pictures of the inside of the house are accurate and the house was likely the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed with. The indoor of the house is beautiful. The outdoor landscaping is awful though. Weeds in all of the flower beds in the front. In the pool area in the back, the weeds were way overgrown. I came with 4 young kids and we constantly had to be watching them to make sure they stayed out of the brush(many had prickers). I would recommend the house but some major outdoor TLC is needed to make the property 5 stars.

Nice location

Lots of space and not a bad drive to most things. Clean and comfortable inside. Lots of light switches to try to figure out, the dryer might need a new sensor and the tub is super slippery….easy fixes and overall no real issues. 5 adult women long time friends had a great stay.

Check in was smooth but the property was not in good condition. Kitchen didn’t have any usable dishes… all the utensils were chipped, uncoordinated, unkept and really old. The appliances were in working conditions but we bought all disposable utensils as everything seemed over used, stained and damaged.

West Barnstable Summer 23

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The visual presentation was accurate and it was the perfect stay for our family. The pool was a nice bonus and the water temperature was perfect. The owner was responsive but we really didn’t have any issues during our time. Few minor issues: The property has a camera inside the house facing the dinning table. Thought this was strange since I had never seen that before when renting. The pool floats were dirty and the chairs for the beach could use some updating. Also this was the 1st time they did not having a welcoming book. Having said that I would rent this property again

Property Problems

My family and I stayed at the house at 59 Saddler Lane, West Barnstable, MA from July 9th to July 16th. I would like to make some suggestions to the owners to improve the experience for other guests. For example: + The air conditioning did not work for the whole week on the west side of the house (that affected two bedrooms). + The ceiling fan in the dining room did not work. + A notebook with information about the switches, fans, etc. would have been very helpful. We had a hard time figuring out what switches controlled what areas. + The controls for the living room television were missing. Two days into our stay we found them under the couch. + The television in the downstairs bedroom never worked. + The outdoor shower was unusable because the inside was overgrown with climbing Hydrangea vines. Positives: + The pool was very nice + The house was near many fine restaurants + The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet Robert Schmidt
