Backyard was great w pool, playground and basketball court. My granddaughter had a blast. Plenty of seating. Pretty beaches nearby and able to walk into town. Gary was helpful w instructions and quick to respond. Kitchen and den with plenty of seating. Bedding could use an update.

We love hearing that you enjoyed the beaches and found town within easy walking distance. We did take note of your feedback on the bedding. We want to assure future guests that our sheets have never once complained about their accommodations — but we'll keep your input in mind. We hope you'll come back soon, perhaps during peak season when the pillowcases are feeling particularly inspired.

This house works for our annual family vacation of three generation from 8 to 80. The location is great for mix. The description says it all. We had a great time.

We loved or stay on locust st. Location was perfect. Backyard was incredible for all of the age ranges in our family. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was more than accommodating with all of our needs. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Gary and his wife’s beautiful home! The property truly has something for everyone. The house is spacious, spotless, and accommodates all ages. Outside is an absolute dream with a huge flat yard, pool, basketball court, plenty of seating, and endless space to relax and enjoy time with family and or friends.What really set this stay apart was Gary’s hospitality. He was an outstanding communicator, responding to our questions almost immediately and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His friendliness and willingness to accommodate made the experience even better.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway with Great Amenities

Gary was a great host—responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The house was spacious and super clean, with everything you need to relax and unwind in beautiful Cape Cod. One of the highlights was the basketball court, which I really enjoyed with my friends. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and fun getaway!

The property was perfect and offered all the makings of a great vacation. There was something for everyone. The house was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked with all you would need, window A/C’s kept things comfortable and the pool was wonderful! Anything we needed to reach out to Natalia for, she responded very quickly and helped us to resolve the issue, which there were very few and mostly just questions about the property. We would definitely rent here again!

We’ve been to lots of vacation homes and this one checks all the boxes on Cape Cod. If you’re looking for a vacation home to go to, this is it!!! Wonderful family home. We stayed at this lovely home for 2 weeks with my family and grandchildren. Though we brought lots of stuff with us, we didn’t need to. The house was stocked beautifully with everything and anything we needed. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was smooth. He met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us all of what to do and what not to do. The yard was awesome. Lots of things to do for everyone. Swings, basketball and a pool and still lots of grass to play lawn games. We had beautiful weather which made this house even more amazing. Such a great family time we plan on going back next year.
