Everything was wonderful. Simple check in process, extremely clean, host responded to all questions quickly. Would definitely use this property again. Perfect location for the time I needed to spend at the convention center.

Great stay in Orlando

We enjoyed our stay in Vista Cay. The swimming pools were great and we had fun walking the paths around the ponds. It was an excellent place to stay and close to all the parks.

Good experience. I would rate 5 star if the cooking utensils and the Iron were good quality. The utensils need immediate replacements as all are scratched non-stick pans and the iron has burnt surface at the bottom which destroyed my new suit. Otherwise, it’s a nice property to stay. Thanks to the Host for excellent prompt communication.

Overall the stay was good and close to the Disney parks. However, no extra trash bags were available nor the pool keys. Also in the jack and Jill bath, seemed like there was some mold around the shower (have pics) and the couch was dirty

a convenient base

The condo is very convenient. It is close to all the attractions, and is located in a gated community. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in Orlando.

Great spot 3 minutes from the convention center. Super convenient with a Publix grocery store within easy walking distance. Pool and surrounding area was nice. House was perfect for our needs. One big bedroom with two beds and seperate bath. And two other bedrooms with a shared bath. Perfect for 3-5 people. Can’t complain about much, exactly what we expected or more.

Well, I'd describe this place as "fine". I do a lot of traveling and stay in other rentals, and this was pretty bare bones. The furniture was all pretty cheap, rickety stuff and the beds were only OK. I get the feeling the owners are probably used to having a pretty full calendar of bookings just because of how close they are to the newest park, epic universal. Basics like kitchen towels, pool towels, working curtains that actually keep the light out, bathroom towel hooks or any throw blankets are just not provided. I did alert the property manager of these lack of basic items that other units in the same facility did provide, plus the fact that several things were obviously broken and they basically said, "thanks for the feedback".We had friends staying in a different unit on the property. That was actually very nice and did provide the pool passes. And our check-in in instructions. They basically said go to the front desk and get them yourself if they're not already in the unit. The only thing that was nice was that the air conditioning worked well. I would not book this place again but might try a different place in the same resort.

Rates are frequently approximately 40% below comparable units within the resort, making it an excellent option for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize space, location, essential amenities, and affordability over luxury extras such as decorative throw blankets or premium furnishings. The unit is professionally prepared for each arrival and provides the essential household items and advertised amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Core appliances, furniture, plumbing, and air-conditioning are inspected and maintained in working condition. Pool passes are issued through the resort’s front desk, which is the resort’s standard procedure when passes are not already available inside the unit. We take reports of missing or damaged items seriously and will review the concerns raised regarding towels, curtains, hooks, and furnishings. We only wish these concerns had been communicated with enough detail during the stay to allow us an opportunity to inspect and address them promptly. Very nice condo

We enjoyed the condo very much- espescially the extra beds . Very convenient to everything. We had very easy check in . Management very helpful and pleasant as well as quick response to any questions we had. Will defineately rebook this condo next year !

Convenient location and nice property

In Orlando for volleyball so location was perfect, close to convention center and other amenities. Condo was cleaned and comfortable, no long list of chores. Only improvement would be some more comfortable seating in living room but then, you're in Orlando so not like you'll spend a lot of time in the condo.

Exceptional property and location

Everything was as described and the property was wonderful. Daniel kept in touch with helpful what to expect emails during our stay. It was walking distance to a Publix, restaurants and we basically had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves! Short drive to Universal studios, miniature golf and Andretti Driving experience! Perfect trip and host! Thank you Daniel.

Our check in are all automated and self check in using the smart door lock code sent to each guest on the day of arrival. I am not sure what the complaint is by this guest but please be assured that there are no delays in self check in which is done by each guest within seconds by entering the door code. Hope this helps clarify the process

STAY-AWAY-Owener/Host kept charged deposit 3 times, kitchen sink smells bad, used very cheap decoration, floor not clean. Called the office to change the unit unfortutly, nothing available, you can find much, much better with the same price or less.

Great Value Property

The location of this complex is great. Just off international drive and near many places to eat and things to do (right down the road from Top Golf). We were only in Orlando for 2 days this trip and many condos want at least 3 days to rent. The owner worked with us and the communication with him was second to none. The condo itself is a value priced condo and while not luxury, was more than adequate for our needs. Good wi-fi, parking not an issue and waling distance to one of the best breakfast / lunch diners you will find (in Publix plaza next door) called @ The Diner. I will definitely consider the condo on our next Ornalo trip!

Good location/ not able to control temperature

Super convenient location for why we were there. The air in our unit would not go below 77. I called the manager and was told I had done something wrong by trying to turn the air temperature lower. However when maintenance came to check I was told the owner puts a hold on the temperature. It was very hot and humid in our unit and it made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Great location for Orange County Convention Center

We stayed here for our sons volleyball tournament. The location is great. Walking distance to the convention center, grocery store, places to eat and other stores. Don’t need a rental car if you don’t plan to go anywhere else. The resort has 2 nice pools that all the teams really enjoyed and then the lake with a nice walking trail. The condo can fit 6 people comfortably. Perfect size for the 5 of us. It was clean, updated and the balcony faces the small pool area and parking lot. It was nice yo be able yo put garbage in the bin right outside the front door. You have to wall across the street for the larger pool/bar area, but not a bad walk. Its along the lake so a pretty view. I have two recommendations: have beach towels at condo for guests so we don’t need to pack them and also have some board or card games. I would highly recommend this condo.
