Spacious condo in Vista Cay. Walk distance to Convention Center og Epic Universal studio. 15-20 minutes to Disney area and shopping malls and outlets.The condo accomodate up to 8 people, included adults and children. Maxium 6 adults.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops to a gourmet meal.
The spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. Master bedroom has 1 double bed with en-suite bath room. Bedroom nr 2 has 1 double bed. Bedroom nr 3 has 2 full beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Quiet time from 9pm to 9am.
Put all trash in the trash bin in front of the unit every day.

Maximun occupancy 8 pesons, included 4-6 adult and children.
Start kit with supplies for the first day. Additional supplies like toilett paper, tissue, napkins, shampoo etc need to buy at nearby grocery store Publix. No meals is provided. No cleaning service under the stay.
Please bring your pets bed under the stay. No pets are allowed to sleep or play on our beds. We need to take care of future guests and staff with pets allergy.

The good : Vista Cay is a nice resort in a great location. The bad : This property felt worn and neglected. Furniture and electronics are outdated and uncomfortable. The Ugly : Live roach in bedroom. The guest toilet ran all night. Floors were very dirty. Host seems very particular and lists a 30 fee for staining cheap white bath towels provided. We left early and would not stay here again.

Hi Anthony We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the unit. However, we want to clarify the situation. Pets were not disclosed or approved prior to your stay, which is against our house rules. After your departure, we found significant pet hair throughout the unit, including on all of beds, indicating that pets had been allowed to sleep on the beds. This required additional cleaning and laundering beyond our normal turnover process. We were also not informed that your planned to check out early. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns while you were still staying at the property so that we could have investigated and resolved them promptly. We take cleanliness very seriously and prepare the property carefully for every guest. Given condition in which the unit was left and the undisclosed pets, additional cleaning was necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Everything was very nice, met or exceeded expectations. The listing photos were exactly like it was in real life. The garbage disposal broke however.

Overall it was good place to stay they only thing that really bothered me was that the master bedroom at night you had a bright light shining into the room so that made it hard to sleep I would have definitely been better if they had some black out curtains to block it out. Other than that everything else was fine.

Spacious and quiet

Perfect for 3 adult women ! Attending events at OCCC and location was perfect. Plenty of room and very quiet building!

Perfect Location

My family and I stayed here to go to the MegaCon convention, which was within walking distance. The condo was exactly as subscribed. We were very comfortable. Parking was a little tight however we were able to find a parking space not far from our building. One of us slept on the pullout sofa, which had no sheets, but we made it work with a couple of blankets. The condo had no Keurig, but your basic coffee machine so the coffee that we brought we could not use. I couldn’t find any potholders in the kitchen, but otherwise everything else in the kitchen was stocked very well. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Not enough dishes, utensils, only 3 table spoons, pots are burned, the numbers on the stove handles had been worn off. No cleaning supplies (disinfecting spray). No soap dishes in bathrooms and kitchen. The worst part was at the check-out morning. The check-out instructions said 10:00 am. I took my dog out at 8:00 am. When I came back to the unit at 8:15 am the access code was not working. I was locked out of the apartment for about 1,5 hours. Owner was unreachable. HOA helped, but I was under stress on the street without my phone, ID, car key...

Family trip

We stayed the 19th til the 24th Dec. Pros: The condo was huge with plenty of space. There is another room turned into a small living room area which was great for the kids to play their video games while the adults had the main living room. Area was close to universal and icon parks. Complex was nice and we were near the basketball court and grills. Can see those from our balcony. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Also the host was very responsive! Cons: the shower curtain and tubs in both bathrooms were dirty. I had to buy gloves and cleaning supplies to clean them. The beds were cheap and had sunken spots where people had slept in them and the microwave didn’t work. However the host did send us a replacement. These cons were small and I would definitely stay here again.
