This was our second time staying at this resort and it has been one of our favorites! It has all the amenities we want/need and having the second bedroom convert to twin beds was perfect for our kids that don’t want to share a bed anymore. Staff are friendly and resort/pool is clean and right on an amazing beach. It makes vacation easy and relaxing!

Great stay. Honua Kai resort was very nice and great for kids. Host was helpful and offered good communication. Great views of mountain while also getting to see the ocean off the lanai

Janet’s unit is exactly as listed and an absolute dream for anyone coming to Maui! We loved having breakfast on the LARGE balcony while watching whales breach on one end a the beautiful sunrise over the mountains to the other. The rooms were well equipped and we especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! The beach is just steps away and it’s so hard to pick between beach or one of the many beautiful pools! We truly enjoyed the convenient location and easy parking, too! Communication was 10/10 and so was our stay! Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!

The place and property were perfect for me, my wife and two kids ages 6 & 9. Plenty of space for our family, the laundry feature was very convenient for a longer stay and younger kids. We enjoyed the large lanai every morning and late afternoon, taking in the beauty of the mountains and could also see the ocean in the other direction (even saw whales in the distance). It rained ALOT during our visit but we were still able to enjoy the pools and local restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful to any and all questions. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. We cannot wait to come back to Maui to experience all the magic of the island, ocean, and Honua Kai.

Great location and stay. The facilities and amenities were exactly as described. The host was fantastic and communicated frequently. Easy check in/out and great access to parking, elevators, and easy distance to pool, beach, and Dukes. Would highly recommend!

It was amazing. This place was just off the beach with great views of the ocean and mountain. The kitchen was well stocked. It was ALL well beyond our expectations and the area had easy acess to local amenities and attractions.
