Located directly at the base of Park City Mountain, this 1BR/2BA (plus loft) ski-in/ski-out condo at The Lowell ensures that you’re never more than a few minutes away from the alpine fun. You’ll also enjoy easy access to the shops, restaurants, and ice-skating rink at Park City Mountain Village. After a day in the sun, soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the year-round indoor/outdoor pool.

A balcony overlooking Park City Mountain Village provides close-up views of the slopes and an ideal space to relax in the summer months. Inside the condo, you’ll find a stylish floor plan, comfy furnishings, and mountain views. Kick back on a large sectional in the living area and watch favorite shows on the 55” TV. Or, curl up with a book next to the new gas fireplace with stone surround. You’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen to create delicious dishes. An open kitchen and dining area provide a great flow for enjoying festive vacation meals with your group. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table.

This third-floor condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a loft area. A comfy king-size bed awaits in the main bedroom. A wall-mounted TV allows you to enjoy a private movie night. In the mornings, step directly onto the balcony to inspect the mountain conditions. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Two twin-size beds in the loft provide additional sleeping space. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, community laundry rooms, elevator access, an on-site fitness center, and unassigned parking for one car in the underground garage.

This slope-side condo is just a 1-minute walk from the Payday lift at Park City Mountain! Spend your days skiing, mountain biking, or hiking the miles of trails. Then, discover an array of restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village surrounding your condo. Other village attractions include an ice-skating rink and the alpine slide. For a night downtown, jump on the free shuttle right outside your door and head to Main Street, the cultural hub of Park City. Discover a plethora of fine dining, upscale shopping, and trendy art galleries. When you’re ready to switch up the terrain, Deer Valley Resort is only 2 miles away.

Great property and location. Outdoor hot tub and pool in different building and hot tubs were closed for maintenance which was a major bummer.

Fantastic & functional just steps from the main lifts

We have stayed in PC many times before and this unit was both affordable and functional being in the main village area. Beds were super comfy and the main room was a decent size for our family of four. A few recommended improvements would be a folding bench from the foyer wall that could be used to add/remove ski boots, smaller chairs in the kitchen area (bar stools maybe?) to free up space which was challenging at times, and replace the chipped and cracked coffee mugs. We also found several kitchen plates with chips in them as well. Bathroom showers are dated and also need some renovation and the curtain rod in the main room needs repair (coming off the wall). Overall, clean & well maintained unit as we enjoyed our 6 day stay there in Park City!

Close To Lifts

Great place, rented A&B units together so be sure to know if your renting only one of these units or both. Loss of 1 star as elevator and hot tub were not working plus curtains in larger unit too thin - contant light.

Almost 5 stars!

Excellent location, great access to all the PC Base Lodge has to offer. 3 reasons for not getting 5 stars: 1) 3rd floor hot tub out of order for all 3 days of our stay 2) Elevator nuances… elevator not functioning and not fixed for a full day (or more??) during our stay, no backup elevator. Also no elevator that spans parking to units. There are 2 separate elevators for parking and units on opposite ends of the building with no signage directing you where to go. 3) All dishware in the unit had big chips and cracks, needs to be replaced. Otherwise fantastic stay. Room was super clean and had a great time! Excellent quality for price point.

Easy, clean, quiet and updated ski-n-ski-out

Great location, but quiet even though it's in the center of it all. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and lots of other cookware. I'd stay here again.
