This retreat has been beautifully updated with new decor and furnishings in the living and dining areas! Rest and relax with breathtaking oceanfront views from two private balconies, enjoy free parking, easy beach access, and a host of fun activities. Our condo is designed to create enjoyable vacation memories for you and your family.

Experience the open-concept living area featuring a 42” HD TV with premium cable service, a large sectional, and two comfortable reading chairs. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD player and premium cable channels, plus you’ll find an expansive DVD and book collection throughout the condo. Stay connected with work and friends via our complimentary high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace in the dining area. The full-sized dining table is perfect for family meals, and for quick bites, you can sit at one of the additional bar-height stools.

Cook and entertain in the well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We provide all the essentials for meal preparation, including basic cookware and dishware, so the entire family can enjoy cooking together and sharing conversations!

Wake up to an oceanfront sunrise in the serene main bedroom, featuring a luxurious king bed. Step outside to your private balcony with a morning cup of coffee, or enjoy the comfort of an oversized chair for reading your favorite book. The main suite also includes a private bathroom, closet space, and an HD TV for your viewing pleasure.

Don’t forget to bring all your favorite beach items, as there’s ample room in our conveniently located garage-level storage closet. You won’t have to haul anything upstairs from the beach, as this closet is situated right next to the beach access!

Life is Good is truly beach and kid-friendly, providing everything you need to enjoy the sand and water on those hot summer days. Conveniently located next to the swimming pool, gas grilling stations, and seating areas, you’ll also have easy access to the stairway leading to the beach.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
