Cozy condo!

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was extremely clean. The location was not too high in the mountains. There is a ditch in front of the condo that has steady running water so it gives a nice sound when outside!

Perfect Get Away close to the slopes

This property was so charming, very clean, and little attention to details made our stay so comfortable. We were able to walk to the slopes (uphill but not very far) and drive down into the town of Gatlinburg which was also a precious country town. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the VRBO host was in contact throughout the trip. Perfect weekend.

We loved the property, it was clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. It was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and that was exactly wfat we were looking for. The only thing I could say as a sussgestion was the way the parking for each unit was set up. I feel like it could be changed to where the parking spots are closer to where their units are. Other than that, we were completely satisfied

Very Clean and Accessible to Gatlinburg & Smoky Mountain

This place is outstanding! If I could give it a 10⭐️ I would. It's very clean, and they've got everything you need even in the kitchen. The location is just so perfect for my family since we are planning to explore Gatlinburg downtown and some of the Smoky mountain side. It's only 8mins to Gatlinburg Downtown and only a couple minute to the entrance of Gatlinburg. The owner is very helpful and very accommodating to her place, very responsive, she make sure you are happy at her place. You guys won't regret this place.

Best VRBO EVER!!

We were impressed with so many things. Most importantly, the check in process and communication with the condo owner. It was so easy. Any time I reached out with a question (both before and during our stay), she responded within minutes. The condo itself has been recently remodeled, and was extremely clean. It had all the things we needed, and all was high-end! The pots and pans were nicer than what we have at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee maker had coffee and creamer ready (a very nice touch). The location is excellent, as you are up the mountain and away from all the bustle of the tourists, yet only a few minutes drive down the mountain. You are also right next to the National Park, so we saw bear a few times as well. Pool had easy access, as well as the clubhouse. Couldn't have asked for a better location and host, I highly recommend!!

Birthday Getaway in the Fall

Coming to this property from the western mountains of Virginia, we found the property setting to be similar to that in our home state. The property was perfect for two people (my spouse and I), very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and met all of our expectations. The additional bedroom overlooking the downstairs would have allowed 2-4 more people to stay but we did not need or use it. Pricing for this rental was reasonable and comparable to similar type properties in the area. The property description in VRBO , including instructions and pictures of the property is very thorough and accurate. We had excellent communication with our host prior to our arrival and during our stay. The property is higher up on the mountain but easily accessible on the sometimes twisty, narrow road leading to it. That was no bother to us as we are used to it.. Traffic was light with little noise, nothing like what one may find closer to actual downtown Gatlinburg. This property assisted in a most enjoyable stay in the Great Smokey Mountain Area.

Nice and clean Condo. We had a good stay. But we found it much smaller than how it appears on the pictures. The price is too high for the Condo of this size at that location. Also, it is not apparent from the listing that the game room is in a different building a short drive from the condo. Not suitable for younger children - one of the bedroom is open to the living room below and there is a high daybed along the hand rail. Potential hazard for kids to climb over the rail easily and fall.

Hello Arun. We are sorry to hear we did not earn your 5 star review as guests mostly report very positive experiences at our property. Pictures are in fact accurate and the listing very thoroughly describes the arrangements including a photo tour of each room. Perhaps you may have not fully read the listing and all of it's specifications before booking. Also, it very clearly in our description specifies that the Game room is located across the street at the South Baden Clubhouse. It says this in 3 different places within our listing description and information provided before booking. We have hosted many children and families alike and have not had any trouble or concerns for safety, but we understand your concern. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

One of the best location, convenient to everything. So clean and cozy. Property manager is so friend

I highly recommend this place. Super clean, organized, and cozy. This place made a huge difference in our visit to Gatlinburg this time with no doubt . The property manager is a really nice helping person.

I have no doubt that the Ski Valley Villa will become a place where guests want to return again and again.

This property appealed to me right away for a few reasons. First reason, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! The unit is situated within minutes to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort where there is year round fun to be had. It is also a short drive into downtown Gatlinburg or an aerial tram ride away. The condo sits less than 4 miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, one of the most visited National Parks in the nation! The unit has access to the 3 clubhouses of Chalet Village which includes pools, tennis courts, exercise rooms, playgrounds, ping pong, foosball, checkers, chess, and video games during the operational seasonal dates of Memorial Day- Labor Day.
