The Suite Under the Sun is our idea of the perfect getaway! Situated in the best San Marco location, this 1924 lovingly restored bungalow couldn’t be more ideal for your stay in the city. Nestled right between our favorite restaurants/shops and the beautiful river, we have no doubt you’ll feel at home right away. Within walking distance to the medical hub, local eats/drinks and waterfront picnic spots. Cozy amenities like in-unit laundry, local coffee and lush linens + bath towels await. Pet friendly.

Please note, this apartment is one of three private units within a triplex on the property.

A perfect location!

We came for the George Strait concert, this house was central to everything, very close trip to Publix, historic San Marcos shopping a short distance, central to restaurants and waterfront parks. Very kind host, very beautiful home. Will stay again.

Perfect Property

We love this property! It was our second year staying here, just in a different unit. The location is great…really nice neighborhood and surrounding area, and close to everything. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Adorable Apartment

My husband and I stayed at this property for the Sandlot Fitness Festival in Jax and it was perfect for our needs! Close to downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment itself was so cute…it was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were also very accommodating and responsive! Would definitely stay again!

I have lived in Jacksonville for 15 years and couldn’t be more in love with the city! The amazing food scene, waterfront setting and the kindness of the community make it a great place to call home. I’m a real estate agent and love to help people experience how truly great the city is. When I’m not working, I love to take my 2 pups to the beach, check out local happy hours and read a good book.

My husband Zach and I met about 7 years ago and we’ve traveled the world with the help of VRBO. It was only natural to welcome our own guests, too! We love to golf together, check out some live music and travel non-stop.

We are only a message/phone call away for fun recommendations. Zach and I live just a few short minutes from the bungalow, so we are always available to help. Thank you for staying!

Seriously…the perfect location + a beautifully restored bungalow. Does it get any better than that? I love each unit for its natural light, the smell of honeysuckle in the air and the proximity to the river.
