All on one floor, the beach-chic interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush suite, which features direct pool-area access. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Sip morning coffee in a rocker on the large front porch before fun-filled days at the Gulf. The enclosed yard features a covered deck and gas grill for afternoon cookouts. Additional perks include central AC, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi. Blue Mountain Beach is just a short walk down the street, and two separate beach entrances are with a short walk. Steps away, the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery offers homemade ice cream. Enjoy festive evenings with drinks, food and live music a half block away. Perfect beach cottage

We could not have asked for a better getaway at the Blue Mountain Beach Cottage. The cottage was clean, perfectly equipped with all of our needs and even better location. We had a great experience with check in and communication with the property manager. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home, perfect location

This was the perfect beach house experience! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and ice cream and a short golf cart ride down 30A to more restaurants and shops. We would love to visit again when the weather is a warmer to take advantage of the pool and porch.

Great Family property close to the beach !

We enjoyed being nestled in a cottage about one block from the beach, with a private pool. This home was cozy, and perfect for our family. We walked to the local coffee shop, ice cream shop and taco restaurant almost everyday. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, renovated coastal feel, and the pool! The location was right around the corner from the beach and we rented bikes to ride our little ones and gear over - maybe a minute bike ride away. Christel was really helpful and responsive during our stay!

Cute cottage within walking distance to private beach

House is so close to the private beach and had everything we needed for the week. From beach necessities to kitchen necessities, we were taken care of. Everything was clean and organized. The owner provided bikes and we used them to ride on the nearby bike trail, around the neighborhood, and to the ice cream shop. We also had great communication with the owners, who replied quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Everything was excellent. Communication with the property manager exceeded expectations. Christel was helping with our early check-in, and our grocery delivery service. A very short walk to the beach, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mtn Creamery. The pool was perfect during our purple flag day. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning. It really is the sweetest place. We can’t wait to return. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for dinners at home.

Perfect location

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Blue Mountain Beach, ice cream , restaurants and few shops. Hop on a bike and ride 30A for more! We had hoped the private pool was heated. Would recommend to owner to obtain that option because November is chilly! It was a perfect sized pool, but freezing. Would stay here again.
