3 Bedroom Home Across from Gondola

Main Street Vacation Home is a 3 bedroom Victorian-styled home located in the center of the historic town of Breckenridge on Main Street, and only a two minute walk to the Gondola. The house has 2200 square feet of living space with an outdoor hot tub.

This vacation rental home is part of the Brittany Place neighborhood. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connecting sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus you have access to the free shuttle to go to other Summit County ski resorts. There are mountain views from the front porch.

This charming 2-story home features a recently remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, new cabinets and granite counter tops. Amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor hot-tub, three TV’s, high speed wireless internet and a gas grill

The house can sleep six to eight people. The master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a master bath and a private deck. There is also a queen bedroom on the second level with its own bathroom and a jetted tub. On the lower level, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk, queen and a full bathroom. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the downstairs TV room.

The hot tub and gas grill are located on the back porch where you can enjoy summer dining. The front yard is a perennial garden where you can enjoy the cool mountain summers.

If you want a mountain getaway that is close to all the amenities that Breckenridge has to offer, then Main Street Vacation Home is the perfect place for your next vacation.

This roomy house is a great place to stay and easy walking distance to the gondola, restaurants, and shops. The house was very clean and perfect for our group. Our host was very responsive and all directions and instructions were easy to follow. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was lovely. So clean and beautifully rehabbed. It is one block from the Gondola and on the Main Street. Walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants.Perfect spot in Breckenridge. Knew there wouldn't be much snow due to time of year, but able to get some skiing in and also rented electric bikes. Would love to rent it again another year. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Fourth year in the house and still amazing! Location can’t be beat, house is immaculate, spacious enough for our large crew, and Daylight Donuts is across the street! Host is super responsive and accommodating. Definitely coming back next year.

This was the third annual family skifest at Breck, and we stayed in this house all three years. Location and 5-star accommodations make this the best rental in Breck.

Great house in a great location

Home is everything we needed and more for our spring break vacation. Location was close to gondola for skiing and downtown for shopping and dining. Very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home!

Perfect spring ski

Great location, so close to the gondola and downtown. It make it so easy for our group of 7 to each go at their own pace. The house is perfect and better than we anticipated. The hot tub was amazing and it had all of the great touches for an excellent ski vacation.

We loved our stay in this beautiful Breckenridge home. Large, cozy, extremely walkable - had all the amenities you could want. Our only complaint was the road noise we heard while in the front upstairs bedroom. We're not used to that type of noise and it kept us from sleeping soundly. Otherwise the place is perfect.

Best House in Breck

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had family from overseas stay with us here, and they loved every minute of it. Everything was close - walking distance from the house especially the Gondola - it was right across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we vacay in Breckenridge.

Breck fam trip 2025

Our third trip to Breck and second at 304B Main. It has become our go-to place! Fantastic house and furnishings, perfect location for getting to the mountain and Main Street. Private hot tub at the end of the day can’t be beat. Already planning next year’s trip. Thanks, Brad, for another awesome stay.
