Great for a week of skiing

Housed 9 people very well and had everything we needed for a week of skiing. The host is very friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Great family ski vacation

My family of four and my sister's family of four met here before Thanksgiving. The location and access to the Nordic center and peak 8 can't be beat. The house and kitchen are well stocked and it made our stay comfortable comfortable and cozy

Perfect getaway

This property worked just great for us. Exactly as the pictures and listing describes. This house has everything you could possibly need or want, loved the location. Would stay again, host was excellent!

Comfortable & Roomy

Lots of space in this beautiful home. Great location. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, etc, Lots of toys for those who travel with kids. Owners are very accommodating!

Amazing for families

We had a family with 2 little kids and the house was perfect! There are multiple areas to hang out on the main floor, a nice secluded patio, and toys for kids. The neighborhood is very quiet but still very close to main street. The host was very responsive and gave us a lot of info before check in.

This house was amazing! It was clean, convenient, comfortable and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. The hosts could not have been more accommodating with an early checkin, wine, coffee and goodies on our arrival, a clean heated hot tub and plenty of towels and extra bedding! We loved the house, the fireplaces, the yard and the close proximity to the lifts and downtown! It was the perfect place to host our family for Christmas! We would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10!!

The house was clean, welcoming, and spacious and the location was terrific! Part of the deck in the back yard, however, is collapsing and was not safe to use.

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge

This house has everything. It was very nice inside and the location is stunning. It was the perfect home if you have young children (the house was well equipped with toys, books, and kid-friendly plates/bowls/cups/etc.). It truly was a perfect house and we would love to book again in the future.

Family Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay here! The house is very welcoming and accommodated all 7 of us perfectly. Easy drop-off distance from the base of peak 8, and close to parking for the gondola. Communication with the owners was excellent with very thorough directions and insights. We would happily stay again!

10/10 Skii trip of a lifetime

House is extremely nice and well maintained. Ideal location for an epic skii/snowboard trip. Hot-tube out back is worth every penny they spent: If you’re looking to go all out pick this house.

Teaching Conference

We were a group of four teachers that were attending a conference in Keystone. We wanted to be close to town in Breckenridge. This was a great location and it was super easy to get to town and back for dinners. We loved the hot tub after a full day of learning. Overall, a great stay!

MLK Ski Trip

Wonderful house and host. Very responsive in answering our questions. We also potentially had to extend our stay due to weather and they were very supportive. Definitely would stay again.

Excellent Location mountain and downtown access

Had a family summer get together (10) with young kids (4) ages 3 to 6. Short walk to the bus stop or the gondola. Hiking trails short drive away.

PERFECT for families and location

Property manager was fantastic. Great communication. House was superb with lots of extras which made our stay much more convenient. We were 12 total with a baby and had everything we might need. I would highly recommend and hope to return.

Great with young kids

We stayed 4 nights - littles, parents, and grandparents. The house was well equipped for two little boys and was roomy and comfortable for all. Owner rules not excessive, very reasonable. Good experience for us!

Ski trip

Group of 8 adults. Location was great as it's a quick shuttle to peak 8 or 7. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and serve anything you need. Hot tub was great. Tons of games. Grab some firewood before you go.

We were there both on a ski trip and on a NCAA March Madness watch trip. The house was clean, had plenty of space, and was very accommodating. The ski slopes were super easily accessible especially since we had multiple vehicles and drivers to help take us to the drop off location. The hot tub felt perfect after a day of skiing. Even with the temperatures outside being warm for March, we were comfortable in the house and had no issues at all. The host was easy to contact if we needed anything, both prior to our stay and once we were there. I couldn't possibly give this VRBO a better review.

Great house for a ski trip

My friends and I had a great stay at the peaceful mountain lodge. It's a short walk to the gondola and a nearby bus stop makes it easy to get into town. Plus, the wonderful Breck Nordic Center is just around the corner. Snowshoeing on the Nordic trails was a great option for the non-skiiers in the group. The hot tub is well maintained and clean. One thing to note is that the top beds of the bunks are a little small, I think meant more for kids than adults. Overall great stay!

Lots of chat spaces

Beautiful setting. Everywhere lively. Especiall like all the places for small groups to gather and chat: both indoors and out! Also appreciated the extra pullout bed by the laundry room. That helped organize family members and age groups. Perfect location for Fun park. People could walk back when they wanted.
