Step inside this fully furnished home to be greeted by a large foyer with a high ceiling. A formal dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with a serene breakfast nook can be seen towards the front of the home.

Heated Pool/SPA

Step out of the spacious family room onto the private lanai to enjoy the sun or cool off in the south-facing, screened-in pool! The Pool and SPA can be heated upon request!

Take some time off in our fabulous Game Room. Our newly renovated Game Room has a Pool table table, improved flooring and walls, Marvel theming, 80" TV, Air Conditioning, comfortable seating, and a standing Arcade game with over 17,000 Games (No exaggeration!). Themed Bedrooms

Double Master Bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor and have direct access to the private lanai with pool and spa. Perfect stay

Perfect stay in a fantastic villa. The house was great for our Disney vacation. Nice, clean, everything working perfectly. We stayed during hurricane Milton. Tara and Mike were very concerned about our safety and did their very best to support us. Thanks again. I‘m sure we will visit again!

Wonderful stay - everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful two weeks at the Sunshine Tree Villa. The location is perfect for Disney parks with a huge Walmart close by and lots of places to eat a short drive away. We only used the communal pool twice but the kids had a blast on the slides. The Villa itself was spotless and superbly equipped. We used the games room every day and pool most days. The aircon was great which is a must in the August heat. Tara and Mike were quick to answer a couple of questions that I had. We will be back.

This excellent vacation home is everything you can ask for!! It’s a very modern home with no carpets, exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The games room is superb and the pool is so clean and refreshing! The home owners were excellent and very helpful and super responsive. You will not be disappointed in this vacation home! We will definitely be rebooking our next family vacation here again!

Home away from home

We booked last min and they accommodated. all was approved before check in. House was clean and cozy. Everything was clean and very organized. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home.

Mike and Tara are so helpful and the place is so homely. Everything was already in the villa from trash bags to washing up tabs. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and the spa heating was lovely and was great after the long days in the park. Best part of the house was the games room, we had so much fun even in the evenings. Mike and Tara are so quick to reply and help if there are any issues. We would definitely stay here again, 5 STAR service.

Great vacation

Tara and Mike’s house was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub every day, especially after getting back from a long day out enjoying the attractions. The pool area has just the right mix of sun and shade. The games room is also great for pool and video games, especially the arcade game they have. Tara and Mike made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and were very quick to respond to any of our messages. Thanks for a great week!

Fantastic

Mike and Tara are so helpful they accommodated us all and made the place so homely. Everything was already in the villa from trash bags to washing up tabs. Absolutely would choose this again!

The villa was stocked with virtually everything helpful that we could think of, from hangers to laundry baskets, pool towels to kitchen appliances. We appreciated the excellent book of information about the villa that was available on the table. We were amazed at how the hosts have thought of everything that could be needed. My husband and I were always too wiped out from the theme parks to play in this spectacular game room, but our teen girls spent most of their free time in there. On a scale of 1 to 10, they give it a wholehearted 11, without a doubt! We loved the villa, the decor, and the very close proximity to Disney World. It rarely took longer than 15 minutes to get from the house to the parks. If we have the opportunity to visit the area again in the future, we will absolutely stay at this villa again. It was truly our home away from home, and our hosts were superlative in every way. Thank you!

Everything we hoped for…… and more

Just back from a wonderful 3 weeks at sunshine tree villa. Windsor hills is easy to find and well located to visit everything Florida has to offer. The resort was very well maintained, my daughters and I enjoyed a couple of games of tennis and regular visits to the water park. The Villa is lovely, nicely themed bedrooms and really spacious throughout. The games room was great and needed its own separate holiday to masters all the activities available. We cannot wait to get back!

Wonderful home, perfect accommodations!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The home was bigger than we needed for our family of five and accommodated us perfectly. The resort is wonderful and in a great location to Disney and all the fun things Orlando offers. Tara and Mike checked in on us throughout the week and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the gameroom was an added bonus. The whole family had fun in there on our down time. The pool and spa were both heated and provided such a nice, relaxing atmosphere. We will stay at this home every time we travel to the area. We couldn’t have been happier! Thanks again, Tara and Mike, for accommodating our requests and offering your beautiful home! We had the best week!

Great place, convenient, awesone owners!

Place was awesome, wish we spent more time there! The owners were super helpfully with booking! My kids loved it and had a blast! They loved the game room! We highly recommend and we plan on staying here again!

FANTASTIC VACATION

We were “wowed” from start to finish! Tara communicated promptly from the moment we booked our stay. I had a date change, and added dates. All of these changes happened quickly and without issue. Upon arrival, we found the home to be clean, beautiful and incredibly decorated and appointed. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous, my kids never wanted to leave! We felt right at home while we spent 6 days in the Disney/Universal parks. Disney is Super close and Universal is only 30 minutes away. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!! Thank you Tara for a wonderful family vacation spot. We thoroughly enjoyed

Great Stay

Everything was great and as advertised. Communication was easy between property managers and us. Very attentive and accommodating. Rating a 4.5 as Lear was a roach that fell off the pool table our second night there while playing pool and a used band aid next to the hot tub. Other than that everything was great and as advertised!

Excellent house and location

We had a terrific stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and welcoming. Dealing with the hosts was a breeze as they were always very quick to respond and accommodating when we had to make a change to our original booking. Everything within Windsor Hills was great and we’d definitely book this house again.

The house is wonderful. Great location close to Disney and Universal. The pool provides a good way to relax at the end of the day. Tara and Mike were awesome throughout the entire process. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Sunshine tree villa !

We stayed just under two weeks in early December 22 and had a great time in the villa. Ours was a relatively last minute booking and the booking process was very slick and efficient. Tara and Mike were great to deal with and were very prompt in dealing with a couple of queries before we travelled. Having stayed at Windsor Hills a few times over the years (a great location) it’s apparent some owners don’t reinvest back into their properties to ensure the guest has a good return visit - in relation to the obvious wear and tear that such properties ultimately suffer. This is definitely not the case with the owners of this villa and it’s refreshingly good to see that they are trying to a make improvements (big and small) to make the villa easier to “use” and enjoy, both internally and the pool area. The villa was spotless and had all the things we needed without being too “cluttered” or personalised. We didn’t use the games room much but this would definitely be a big draw for families with younger kids. Overall we had a great time and would not hesitate to book the villa again.

Great home and great location!

Clean, welcoming, and great location! We loved staying at the Sunshine Tree Villa and highly recommend. The owners were responsive, helpful, and so kind.
