Very comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessities. Plenty of room for the 6 of us.

Great mountain view!

Very nice house, comfortable, good location, plenty of close-by elk and deer. Awesome views! Specious bedrooms, garage big enough for a full size truck.

Amazing Home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. The home is very clean and decorated very nicely. I highly recommend this home for your next get away.

We have stayed here many times & will continue to. We do wish third bedroom had a larger bed and would be nice to have a ceiling fan.

Absolutely stunning views

House was beautiful and views stunning. The pictures do not do this house justice. One story so all beds on same level (which was a plus for us) w a huge wrap around porch facing the views with great outdoor furniture and gas firepit. Owners had all the essentials, 1 item missing and they brought it immediately. We didnt want to leave, but we will definitely stay again,

Fantastic home!

We travel to Ruidoso 6-8 times or more a year, and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The home is exactly as portrayed in the pictures . . . perhaps even better. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the tremendous view. Also the property manager was so quick to respond to any messages. We definitely plan on booking this property again for future stays!

Spectacular, outstanding, spacious retreat from the summer heat that we thoroughly enjoyed!

We appreciated the smooth and simple process. Management communication was excellent. Our stay was restful and the house made our experience superb and whole. The amenities are great and plentiful. We’ve used VRBO for over 10 years and othe than the loft in Paris across the street from The Louvre this house is the best experience yet. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic!

Fabulous view from inside and out! The nighttime view can not be beat and the mountain views are spectacular! The house is well appointed and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and wonderful smart tv’s are definitely great perks. Modern kitchen had every appliance you would want or need! We will be back!

Mountain home

Our family loved our stay this house for so many reasons! We'll start off with the breathtaking views and overall appearance of the house. It was a very convenient drive to anywhere in town; with this being said definitely be prepared with a vehicle that can drive well in the snow and possibly some snow chains. The property manager was very helpful when needed. Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Christmas family ski trip

Pictures on the site do not give this beautiful house any justice. The large windows that allow an amazing view of the mountains was spectacular! Every room was just the perfect size and very cozy. It was very hard to leave the house. We had an amazing time.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this place is a 5 star. All that was described in the description is on point. From the easy check in to the view of the mountains. House was clean upon on our arrival and had everything we needed to cook. We will definitely be back.

Amazing View - Very Clean

The house is brand new *very clean* with a great view and very comfortable accommodations. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit and it was more well stocked than most other rentals. The garage was a bonus to unload/load up without the wind since it is hillside. Our kids roasted s'mores over the fire pit on the porch and it was idyllic. You could need 4 wheel drive to access in poor weather. Suggestion - take binoculars so you can spot the elk or mule deer in the meadows below.

We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving Break! This house has amazing views, excellent appliances, and extremely weel kept and clean. We would definably stay on this property again.
