Up to 6 guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, TVs in all the bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas.

The main floor offers a spacious sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with an Italian espresso maker and lots of pantry shelving and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining area to enjoy a great meal together. You will find a half bathroom and the washer/dryer on this level as well. There are two porches to pick from. Enjoy your morning coffee from the open patio with plenty of colorful chairs to relax. The screened in back porch will give you more seating for family meal times.
From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers to bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer cooling off refresh and relax in the seating areas in the pool. A spa offers additional water fun. Also enjoy the pool side Tiki Bar. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity, challenge your fellow vacationers to a game of pool on the indoor pool table in the ground level game room (not under a/c).
All bedrooms are located on the top floor.

The location of Dolphin Resort is next to a tranquil park and 4 houses to the white sandy shore of the Gulf of Mexico. You are also within minutes from all the various restaurants, bars and boutiques of the Holmes Beach Shopping Plaza.
A fabulous beach day is made easy with provided beach cart, some beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

EXTERIOR
Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic pool area. A stunning pool and spa to work on your Florida tan. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! A full-sized gas grill and Pool side Tiki Bar completes this perfect package. The bonus area just by the pool offers a pool table.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid August to January except holiday weeks. Other months require manager approval.
