The property was absolutely perfect!! Very nice clean space. We truly felt at home! Located very close to the state park beach, restaurants, stores etc. (also, there was a park pass for us to use during our stay which was super thoughtful). Its also located only a few miles away from the cute downtown area of Dunedin! We will definitely choose this property again to stay at in the future!

Best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had! First of all, Karen is a dream host! A guide was sent prior to my arrival and this was no ordinary guide; it contained every piece of relevant information and even answered questions I hadn’t thought to ask. This charming, updated, light & bright unit was absolutely immaculate and I loved having an assigned parking space just steps from the door. Even taking trash out was a breeze - Open the back sliding door and walk about 20 steps. I so enjoyed visiting Honeymoon Island/Caladesi beach everyday (arrival time less than 10 minutes) and of all the local restaurants, Ozona Blue was my favorite! I will (and plan to) stay here again as often as I can work it into my schedule! Highly, highly recommend!

Host was very accommodating and provided lots of information about the area and the rental. Everything was very clean and well decorated. Everything you would need was supplied. The location is great and we used the pass to visit honeymoon island beach which was very nice.

Great place to stay

Great place

Great place, super clean, well furnished and stocked with necessities. Perfectly located for everything, the beaches and parks, downtown attractions and more. Karen was a great host, and was very informative so we could get our vacation started on the right track.

Amazing

Every detail was carefully thought out for the best possible stay. The hosts were very responsive sending regular check ins. Room was exactly as pictured. Perfect location to beach stores and restaurants. 10 out of 10 we would recommend staying here!!!

Very nice!!

This was a really nice place and close to Honeymoon Island with a dog beach and to Caladesi Island. Both are great shelling beaches! We also like to shop in Dunedin.

Quiet Stay

Causeway location

Great location as you can walk to several restaurants. Honeymoon Island beach is a short drive and the day we spent on Caladesi Island was awesome. Short drive to Dunedin and not much further to Tarpon Springs

Lovely Condo in excellent location!

Beautiful condo that has been recently updated. Fantastic location to beach, Pinellas Trail, restaurants, Dunedin and Palm Harbor. Honeymoon Island pass an added plus!! Will come again.

Low key and convenient

Exterior is old Florida style but interior is nicely updated with quality materials. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Convenient location recommend highly.

location, location,location

The location was perfectly suited for our visit to Pinellas county. Walking distance to nearly everything. Karen made our stay simple and easy with communication throughout.

Wonderful decompression

My favorite part of Mai Tai was even though we were not waterfront every time I stepped outside I could smell the saltwater. Mai Tai is wonderfully put together and the locals that live there were amazingly friendly! We'd stay again for sure!

50th birthday!!

We went for my husband's 50th and our son's joined us for the week, we enjoyed honeymoon and calidesi Island daily, great places to eat close by, marina within minutes. This is the 2nd time staying at mai tai and we can't wait to return.
