Pink Flamingo was perfect for the two of us! The furniture arrangement was a little odd, but we worked it out. One note: There is a small Keurig and a full drip coffee maker. Beds are comfortable, and laundry is easily accessible. Lack of cable channels made the TV useless for us, but the large table was perfect for playing cards when we had visitors. Again, pretty much perfect for the two of us.

Great location a short walk to restaurants and breweries. The house was very clean. Backyard was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Pink Flamingo! The house is quaint and right in walking distance to practically everything in downtown. The host was very kind and responsive. Two things I was unsure of when we rented the property was whether there was a dishwasher or tvs in the bedrooms. Neither were a make or break for us but just in case anyone wondering reads this review there isn’t a dishwasher but the host is kind and provides with soap to get you started and with what little dishes we used it lasted us the whole trip. There are no tvs in the bedrooms however the living room tv can be seen from one of the bedrooms. We did not utilize it but it doesn’t have a nice little outdoor space to grill and such. It was such a sweet little stay and I’d recommend others to stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an enjoyable time in Dunedin, the Pink Flamingo was located in the middle of everything Dunedin is famous for. We took walks with the dog in the neighborhood, walked around the corner for dinner and drinks, the new shopping area was a very short ride away at the pier. A few blocks away was the great downtown shopping area. Owner was responsive to any questions we had, we both talked about coming back with our respective families in the future.

No dishwasher,air conditioner went out for 3days -they brought in a portable unit that was so loud you couldn’t here the tvThey offered us another h unit in Indian rocks but couldn’t get us a place in Dunedin. I think they made an effort to help but it was a poor vacation for us

When the unexpected AC issue occurred, our team responded promptly by arranging a portable cooling unit and offering an alternative accommodation option in Indian Rocks Beach in an effort to minimize disruption while repairs were being addressed. Unfortunately, availability in the same area was extremely limited at that time. We do want to clarify that the home amenities are represented in the listing, including what is and is not provided. That said, we understand unexpected maintenance issues can impact a vacation experience and appreciate your acknowledgment of our team’s efforts to assist throughout your stay. Great location and house. Was great to never worry about parking especially in the amazing downside. Only down side was the rule of not more than 4 people on property. We were in town visiting our in laws and it would have been nice to be able to chat with them in the back yard area even since we always met downtown area for dinner anyways. We would definitely stay again. Our kids love the “pink flamingo”

Downtown Dunedin- Perfect Location

We were visiting area and wanted to stay in town. This is PERFECT location if you want to be close to it all. You can walk anywhere all of the restaurants, bars, shops!!

We loved dining at Lucky Lobster, The Living Room on Main Street, Fish Camp, and our favorite lunch places were Carvor’s Fish house and the Wild Iris.

Great for our small family

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon with our medium sized dog. Location was great for walking around Dunedin. It seemed that the fence had some damage from the recent hurricane, but it was still safe for our dog to roam freely in the backyard. Hot tub was great too.

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

absolutely perfect. ok, the beds weren't as comfortable as i prefer, but the house was perfect. with 3 coffee shops within walking distance and even the marina where we took the best boat tour around the area. everything including the hot tub was perfectly accommodating. And it was pet friendly, so i was able to bring my furry member of the family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pink flamingo is a great place to stay. It’s clean and quiet. Very convenient location to walk to shopping , restaurants and breweries. Julian from the management company was east to reach and took care of any issues promptly.
