Escape the city and say hello to Maggie Blu, our lovely retreat located in White Bluff. Maggie Blu has all rural life has to offer but is within 30 minutes of downtown Nashville. Distilleries on the Tennessee Whiskey Trail are within a 40-minute drive. Some of the best golf courses are Montgomery Bell (4 miles) and Grey Stone (9.3 miles). For those looking for outdoor adventure, Montgomery Bell State Park with three lakes & hiking trails (4 miles), and kayak Narrows of the Harpeth (13 miles)

Bring the whole family or all your golfing buddies to our new home decorated with modern and stylish furnishings. This 2500 home comfortably sleeps 10 with 2 fully equipped kitchens! It has everything you need for a home away from home experience. On the main level, there are three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, laundry room. In addition, the basement has been recently upgraded and is complete with an additional 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Our home sits on wooded 2 acres. It is peaceful and equipped with all amenities needed for your perfect family vacation, bachelorette weekend, or guys' golf getaway! The great part is you are within 30 minutes of all Nashville has to offer.

Note, for the security of guests, the front of this property has a security camera that faces the street.

First let me say I have never stayed in a vacation rental that actually matched the pictures. This house was exactly as listed and we couldn’t have been more happy. So very spacious with extra big rooms and bathrooms. The downstairs extra living space was just what we needed for our wedding guest to feel well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The furniture and beds were comfy and the amount of extra fans for those who love them while sleeping was awesome!! Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Nashville or Dickson area!!!

Great place to stay!

We were a group of 7 adults and were very comfortable. The house was super clean, very close to everything we needed and the owners were very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you, Pete and Tricia!

Crummy...Literally

My husband and I were married in early April. With the wedding being of state for everyone, we decided to pay for the lodgings of the wedding party and ourselves. Because I didn't want to add to the list of things I'd be inevitably stressed about over my wedding weekend, I specifically searched for highly rated properties and was paid more for a property rated higher than similar properties with lower ratings. The property seemed fine at first glance--except for a dozen or so dead bugs in the lower level by the kitchen. But we then realized that the AC wasn't working properly. It was so unbearably hot, my guests had to buy multiple freestanding fans. I reached out to the owner. She was overall polite and sympathetic but stated that there wasn't much that could be done until after we were gone since we were only there a weekend. We also had to buy other household products like soap and trashbags because we realized all the bottles were empty. The owner refunded us 20. The worst part about it was the lack of cleanliness. While the space appeared clean at first glance, our feet/socks turned black from walking on the floors. And there were a bunch of crumbs/food in the sofa. IWhen we sat down, crumbs started coming up from in between the cushions and getting everywhere. It seems clear that any cleaning done was barely at a surface level. I felt awful for subjecting my wedding party to this when they'd already taken off work to travel out of state for our wedding.

Perfect for multiple couples and kids!

Nice updated features, we especially liked the finished basement with a full kitchen where family who would stay up later could hang while the kids, parents, and grandparents could enjoy quiet upstairs. The hosts were very responsive so we approached that. It is a perfect location to stay for events at Montgomery Bell State Park such as weddings etc.

Great for our family

Great place. We had 3 adult couples (one in their 80's) and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is very clean. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable. Great ground level porch and upper level balcony looking out at the back yard. Two living areas with tv and seating worked great for us. (adults and teenagers). Wonderful experience!!!

A few notes

We noticed a few things during our stay. Nothing major, just thought we’d bring them to the owner’s attention. 1. The shower curtain in the first floor main bathroom (not the master) should be replaced 2. Trash can on the main floor is broken. The foot petal is missing. It works overall but may need replaced due to the foot petal Overall, our stay was amazing and we loved the amenities. Thank you!

Beautiful, quiet location

We were here for our Granddaughter's wedding. Our whole family from Portland was able to stay together comfortably. The house is very well kept and clean. We loved our time here.

Mom’s 90th!

We needed a place to stay for Mom’s 90th birthday celebration and this location was perfect! Everyone loved the place! It was inviting, spacious and clean! Above and beyond communication with owners and above and beyond accomodations!

Family reunion

A very nice reunion with my aunts, the youngest man, 74 well spread out so we had a little privacy to ourselves very clean, nice and quiet. The only downfall was some of the furniture was a little wobbly, but other than that, everything was wonderful.

White Buff’s Gem

My family and I visited the area for a wedding. The house was just as advertised. The manager’s of the home provided everything we needed. This was my uncle’s first time ever staying at a home rather than a hotel while traveling. He loved it!! The area around the home was very nice and reminded us of home.

Fantastic Stay 40 min from Nashville

I would recommend the property and the property managers. Very quick communications and the house was as perfect as advertised. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with close access to a couple of great restaurants and only 15-20min away from a Walmart for groceries. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Family House

Our family of six adults, one infant and 1 dog stayed in this house very comfortably. The house was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will definitely stay again when visiting.

Simply wonderful!

The home was clean and well stocked. It is bright, airy and had darling decor. The home is located in a nice neighborhood and only a short drive away from grocery stores and restaurants. It is conveniently close to Nashville. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.
