Welcome to our log cabin Horseshoe Ridge, newly built in 2017! It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Even the headboards are made of gates from the dairy barn. Horeshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Washer/Dryer included.

Our property has an outdoor security camera focused only on the parking area for safety. Guest privacy is always respected.

Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful. Nestled among quiet, serene wooded acres, it was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy nature.The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The bed and furnishings throughout were comfortable, and the cabin generally provided all of the basic necessities. Shampoo was not provided, although that may simply have been an oversight, as there were many other supplies available for guests to use.One small suggestion would be to update the online instructions, as the Wi-Fi information had changed. Fortunately, we were able to find the correct information inside the cabin.Our favorite feature was the two outdoor decks, both furnished with comfortable chairs where we could enjoy our morning coffee and relax in the evening while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature.We had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice cabin with a great view. We were in town for the SCI Convention and it was nice to stay outside the city. Everything was great, comfortable beds and couches. Overall excellent!

In a beautiful location, close to town but plenty of quiet and privacy. Cabin was cozy and the decks on front and back were very nice. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Beautiful location. Great views. Kitchen fully stocked with every gadget you will need! Wear quiet shoes as with any log home floors are noisy. We had a great time. Felt right at home.

We enjoyed the how reclusive the cabin was. It was an easy trip into Nashville too. The porch with rocking chairs was great. Loved having the fireplace.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is beautiful—rustic, cozy, and tucked away in the woods with amazing views that instantly help you relax. The decor was spot on, with so many thoughtful details throughout. The porches were truly something you dream of—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. We had such a great time and felt completely recharged. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville, this is it!

Front load washing machines are the worst. The machine smells of mildew when you open it and after drying towels on our third night they smell like mildew out of the dryer. I prefer top loading machines because they do not smell. Our next rental has top loading washer and will do clothes there.

We built this cozy, custom log cabin for vacationers who want to enjoy the beautiful Gatlinburg-like surroundings 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. We have always enjoyed nature and wildlife but also wanted to be close to the modern conveniences that a city like Nashville has to offer, as well as the charm of a rural backdrop.

Beautiful log home, decorated in an equestrian theme. In a wooded area perfect for a Tennessee feel and relaxing environment. We fell in love with the area and bought the land in 2015. The location is beautiful yet very convenient to many of the Nashville amenities. In fact, it is a 20 minute highway drive to downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. About 10 minutes from Bellevue, Westmeade, Bellemeade and Natchez Trace

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Some of the lumber used was from a turn-of-the century dairy barn, including a timber that holds the stairway landing. And the barn doors we crafted were milled from the trees where the cabin now stands. These include Mockernut Hickory, Green Ash, and White Oak.
