Great location to stay around in bend. It's close to restaurants, groceries and right on the Deschutes river making up for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent stay

We had a great time staying in this spot! Perfect escape from work/life craziness. Close to town but also still quiet.

Quiet and perfect location

The host were amazing at quickly responding to any questions I had and made sure we felt comfortable. Had everything we needed and the location was close to just about everything.

Excellent location and easy access! Clean and great variety of kitchen items if needed. Love the balcony and beds were cozy enough!

Great location

Great location looking right over the river. Comfortable beds and well stocked condo. Showers are showing wear and not made for tall people. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This is a great property with amazing views of the river from the balcony. Downtown is just a short walk so there’s no need to drive once you arrive.

One of the best places you can stay at for the bang for your buck! With amazing views of the Deschutes river from never having to leave your home, to only being a ten minute walk to downtown which offers many things to see and do! Lots of space on the river

Great place for a weekend or longer in Bend. Right on the river with access to the river walk. Clean and comfortable.

Great patio view

Nice place, clean, a bit older so the walls are thin. Seeing and hearing the spillway from the patio was awesome!

River View

Property is in a great location right on the river trail and at the second spillway below Drake Park. Super close walking distance to downtown Bend from the north. We would stay here again without a doubt!

We are beyond blessed to be located in such an awesome part of Bend! If you are looking to do a little relaxing and a little adventuring then look no further. This unit is located just seconds from the Deschutes river, a 10 minute walk to downtown and only a 5-7 minute drive to the Old Mill! Thank you all for being such amazing guests to host.
