Riverview Pet Friendly Condo in Downtown Bend

We're so glad you enjoyed the location and found everything just as advertised! We know the pool and hot tub are a big part of the Bend Riverside experience, so we truly appreciate your understanding with the unexpected closure. The balcony offers some pretty spectacular views of the Deschutes river, especially during sunset. To be able cook your own home made meal and enjoy it while overlooking the beauty Bend has to offer is another type of peace and relaxation. We cannot wait to have you back for another visit!

Unfortunately, all of the units here are individually owned so some may be nicer than others. We will be sure to let the owners of this unit know that they may need some new appliances. We’re glad you enjoyed the unbeatable location, cleanliness, value, and our team’s communication! Bend Riverside has been around since the 70s, and while that character is part of its charm, we completely understand that some areas are ready for a little extra love. The good news is the slider screen will be repaired, and the AC enclosure you mentioned is actually part of a much bigger project already planned. The unit is getting a completely new deck this fall, including replacement of that enclosure! We appreciate you pointing out the other items as well so we can continue working with the owner on improvements.
