Perched in the Sunset Island community, this getaway boasts access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier on 37 acres of bay frontage.

There are so many ways to use each day here in Ocean City, yet you can easily stay home and relax a bit in style. The interior of this home boasts six bedrooms, four spacious floors, and an abundance of room to spread out or gather together. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining, as the fully equipped kitchen, accommodating dining area, breakfast bar seating, and a comfortable living area for movie nights and family game nights. Plus, there is no better way to relax than sipping a cocktail as you look out to the calm waters of the bay on the balcony.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.
Six facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
