We were in Destin for a beach wedding, so only there for a short period of time. The condo met our basic needs and access to the pool and beach worked out great. This is an old property so is a bit dated.

Host was readily accessible with any questions we had. The condo was spacious for our family and loved the privacy we had. We also loved having the private beach for our teenagers. We had a great stay here!

This was my first time booking with Vrbo and with the host, and it was so smooth and every step was easy! The host promptly replied to my questions along the way and made sure I had all info I needed!! The property was what we needed and more! This was our second time staying here and it’s been great both times. Great access to the beach and the condo has everything you need for a family vacation.

We booked this property for the location coming from Dallas to Destin. The host was communicative and replied quickly.The stay itself did not match the price. The place was not very clean, and we saw cockroaches. In one room the light switch didn’t work, so there was no light, and a lamp was also broken.What I disliked most: at almost 400 a night, guests are expected to wash towels, mops, and dishes. I’ve never seen that at this rate.I would not stay here again. The location is convenient, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and house rules don’t justify the cost

This was a great place with a short walk to beautiful beach with umbrella and two chairs included. Three adults were very comfortable with the space. It was very clean with well stocked kitchen and enough consumables for the week. The host, Patrick, kindly accommodated our one special request.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Condo was great and furnished well. We were able to walk to the beach in 3 minutes and enjoy the water, with great weather. Very nice stay.

Our host was great. Very easy to get ahold and also he was accomondating when we had a beach issue. The beach was walking distance and did not take long at all. We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful location! Clean townhouse, very comfortable with all the amenities one will need for a nice stay. Our host was great with directions and any questions we had. Definitely recommend this location and host!
