Sterling Sands, Unit 211 is DIRECTLY on the beach and gulf front! Assigned covered parking spot included. Sterling Sands is a stunning, oceanfront property in the heart of Destin, with one of the area’s largest and least crowded beach fronts. There are no streets to cross and the pool is also gulf front so you can enjoy the beautiful, breathtaking views of the gulf while relaxing at the pool. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas barbecue grills, and exercise room.

The condo has the hardwood-looking tile throughout along with new paint. It is decorated with soothing coastal blues and tans. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a coffee maker as well as a Keurig. You can enjoy the stunning view of the ocean while sitting in the living room, kitchen table, or while preparing your meal in the fully stocked kitchen!

Unit 211 sleeps 4 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have new vanities with granite and tile flooring. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub.

There is a full size front loader washer and dryer in the unit.

We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. This unit also includes a designated covered parking spot in the garage! Beach Service is available to rent kayaks and paddle boards.

Sterling Sands is near attractions, shopping, restaurants, and right on the sugar white sands of Destin Beach. The balcony is the perfect place to see dolphins! You are just a short 5 minute walk to the Back Porch Restaurant. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store and ice cream/yogurt. Take a short walk to The Track to ride go-carts, putt-putt, bungee, bumper boats, arcade and so much more.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

There is an additional $15 per person amenity fee. I will send you a link to order your wristbands and parking pass before your check-in date.

Incredible and breathtaking view. We loved waking up in the morning sitting on the small sectional on the balcony. Very clean and well-maintained, for the most part. We liked the owner’s attention to providing the small details of necessities, i.e. Keurig, dish towels, Bath&Body hand soaps, etc. Great location. The only reason we don’t give a perfect score is because the unit wasn’t ready at 4 when we tried to check in, and we had to wait outside in the heat with our luggage. The owner did apologize and everything was smooth sailing from there. We will stay again. It was amazing.

Perfect stay for our family of 4 which included a 3 and 4 year old. Condo was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. The only negative, if you could call it that, was that the gentlemen who set up the beach chairs daily lack quite a bit of customer service, but that’s not to the fault of this owner. We loved our stay and would stay again!!

Book Sterling Sands 211 now! You will not be disappointed. There is a reason for all the positive reviews and my husband and I completely agree. One of the most enjoyable aspects was the glass panels on the balcony giving an unobstructed view of The Gulf Of Mexico! Simply breathtaking. It was a pleasure talking with Stacey (the owner). She answered all our questions and told us not to hesitate reaching out to her. The afternoon we checked in I laughed and told her to start the eviction notice because we were not leaving! I have attached a picture of the view while enjoying the new Adirondack chairs purchased just a couple weeks ago. The balcony also has new cushioned patio furniture. You will not regret your decision to book this condo.

Great ocean front stay

Perfect location, near restaurants and shops, clean condo with easy access to beach and pool! Covered parking right near gate entrance to beach and pool access was convenient too. Would stay again!

Loved everything about this place

Communication was great. When we arrived, our first impression was how beautifully decorated it was and how tidy and clean everything was. The location is perfection. We were close to restaurants and stores. This condo building is wonderful because it isn’t a high rise, so the private beach and pool were never super crowded. The beds were comfy, the water pressure was great (which is so important when washing sand and salt out of hair!). The kitchen was well stocked. The provided beach towels to use were a nice/convenient touch. We will plan to stay here again!

All the comforts of home/ with a million dollar view

My husband and I just spent the week in this beautiful condo. We enjoyed everything about it! The furniture and bed was very comfy and they are very generous with the towels and wash cloths.The location was very convenient to the elevator and has a prime spot in the parking g garage. Our host, Stacey was very professional and gracious! She was even able to get us into the condo a little early! She was very prompt in returning my text! I would definitely recommend this lovely condo to anyone!

We have 2 children and have been making trips to Destin for 17 years and finally decided to make this our permanent vacation spot! We purchased this condo in September 2015 because of the spectacular view! Our condo was very dated so we started remodeling immediately. We wanted the condo to be a place where we could relax, unwind and enjoy our little piece of paradise. We want this condo to be up to the standards of other places we have rented. We have a clean, beautiful condo with high-end furnishings. We have been enjoying the condo with our family and we hope your vacation is as wonderful as ours.

We have stayed up and down the strip and absolutely love Sterling Sands. The property is well maintained and oceanfront. We have young children and didn't want to have to cross a street to get to the beach. My husband and I love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean. This property gives us all of that- no streets to cross, direct view of the ocean, and the ability to hear the ocean any time of the day or night!
