home away from home

My stay was almost perfect. The problems that I experienced are listed: bed mattress in the room w/curtains on outer door needs to be replaced immediately. It felt like sleeping on a limp sponge. Also, all bathroom air vents were dusty and need to be cleaned. The front door key pad did not work properly and needs to be replaced. Lastly, the ring door camera outside the back door is an invasion of privacy with regards to personal conversations.

Graduation stay

Home was just like the photos. Nice inside and comfortable. Host was very responsive and communicated well. Renovation was well done!

Great house. Iffy neighborhood.

I'm really conflicted about whether to give this house four or five stars. Just know upfront that the neighborhood is on the sketchy side. If you know that and are ok with it, then there is nothing else to complain about. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Everything is beautifully finished. The master showers are exceptional, and everything from seasonings in the kitchen down to toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided for you. The only house complaint would be that there is no living room to speak of. If you want to gather round and watch the game at night, you will either have to import chairs to the scant "living room" space, or else hang out in one of the (huge!!) bedrooms to all be together. We made it work, so it's not a total dead end. In the end, what makes this five stars is that communication with the host is fantastic. All my questions ahead of time were answered immediately and cheerfully. We had two slight issues during the stay, both of which were addressed promptly. So for sure a huge thumbs up there. Quite frankly, having stayed once, we would probably book here again if we ever returned to Atlanta. But just keep in mind that you're not going to want to walk the dog or take the kids around the block while you're staying here. But if you want a gleaming house at an affordable price, this is the place for you.
