This is a beautiful and newly remodeled 2-BDRM on the ground floor of a stacked duplex (the upper level is a completely separate unit). Cozy fireplace, reclining sectional, 70" smart TV, free parking and wifi, fenced yard, fire pit, private entrance, deck and furniture. Handicap accessible through the garage.

We are a mother and daughter duo who have lived in Bloomington since the early 2000's. We love to travel together and have stayed in many vacation rentals around the world. We try to provide the same hospitality we have appreciated on our travels.
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. Hair dryer, toiletries, coffee, snacks and other amenities are provided as standard and a washing machine and dryer is available so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions. If you like to cook you will find our small but well-equipped kitchen a delightful place to make a delicious meal.
Because there may be guests in the upstairs unit, we ask that you be respectful about your noise level and be considerate of any other guests in the home. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance with quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.

You want to have a wonderful holiday and we want that for you too. We believe that when you are here this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy.

We provide free parking and wifi as well as the option to rent the entire home for groups of up to 10 people (see our other listings). This is great for family reunions and can allow adults and youngsters to have their own fully functional spaces but also gather together in our large open spaces.
Are you coming in for an IU game? Nancy lives within walking distance of IU athletic complex and she provides free parking if needed.
