The unobstructed view of Eel Creek and Little Oyster Bay will get your attention at sunrise and sunset! Put your kayak in the water at the shared dock at high tide. WiFi available. George Foreman Outdoor Electric Grill. New laminate flooring installed downstairs. Community Boat Dock. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Pet friendly home $75.00 (per pet) fee will be added to your reservation. Ring security camera at entrance door. A nice family friendly place to stay. The place hasn’t been updated in quite sometime but it has everything you would need to be comfortable for vacation. The private dock is a nice place to crab or fish.

Very comfortable, fantastic porch view

We stayed in a different townhouse previously a few doors down and knew we liked the house set up, but this one was much better for our family's needs. There were 2 recliners which is nice for those who can't comfortably relax on couches due to back problems. The enclosed porch was our FAVORITE part. We woke up early to watch the sunrise from the master bedroom's enclosed deck, such a beautiful view! Cleanliness was moderate, the air vents were somewhat dusty, but it is a home that allows pets so I assume the dander builds up quicker than in the homes that don't allow them.Great location for crabbing with private dock as well!The whole building may have a foundation problem from all the cracks outside the building and inside the house, so that may need looked at. But it was a lovely stay overall!

We chose this property primarily because of its location, and in that regard it was outstanding. It's in a great spot for exploring Chincoteague, and that alone made our vacation enjoyable.We also understood this wasn't intended to be a luxury rental. We came prepared with our own linens, towels, and paper products, and adjusted our expectations accordingly.Unfortunately, several advertised amenities and maintenance issues kept the property from meeting those expectations. The bicycles were unusable, the kayaks were in poor condition, the front door was extremely difficult to open and close, several bedroom doors would not latch properly, and we found cleaning issues when we arrived that required our attention.After checkout, Harbour Rentals responded promptly, apologized, removed the bicycles and kayaks from the listing until they can be repaired or replaced, and issued a 100 credit for the cleaning concerns. I appreciate that they acknowledged the problems and took steps to make things right.If the maintenance items are addressed and the property is cleaned more thoroughly between guests, this could easily become a much stronger rental. The location is excellent, and I genuinely hope they continue making improvements.

This is a very nice property with a beautiful view. The location is excellent - close to many restaurants and activities. The house is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Loved the location with great grassy area and dock for crabbing off the back. Screened in porches were awesome.

Very nice house

Nice house! Good location, dog friendly! This house had a lot of small things that made vacation more comfortable. Like a fan in each bedroom. It also had items such as a juice press, coffee maker (not Keurig), items for making drinks. Would definitely stay again!

View on one side is great; convenient for a family with kids

We loved the view out the marsh side of the townhome--that side is absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs screened porch to look out over that expanse of salt marsh and water every morning and evening. The view out the opposite side of the cottage is a different story. We wanted to, and did, block it out as much as possible. The fact that the property adjoins the minigolf--which is literally just feet away across a narrow channel of water and reeds--was most definitely NOT a pleasant surprise. We were able to make it work by keeping the door and all the curtains and windows on that side of the house closed, to block out not only the sight of it but also the lights at night and the noise. (It's great that you can't hear that noise at all from the marsh side.) The location of this property would be ideal for a family with children--nearly all the amusements, plus many shops and restaurants, are within easy walking distance of the property. We are a retired couple and don't have kids at home anymore. Typically for vacations we choose places that are more "away" from the resort hubbub, so I feel certain that if we had been able to know the address of the property *before* booking it and thus could have looked it up on Google maps' satellite view, we would have chosen elsewhere after seeing how close the minigolf was. All that aside, we did enjoy our stay even so. Our main suggestion for improving the property itself is to repair the screen in the downstairs porch so that the porch with picnic table is actually usable. With all the mosquitoes from the nearby marsh on that side of the townhouse, the downstairs porch was not usable at all during our stay. When we checked in there was a very large hole in one end of the screen. It looked as if someone had begun but not completed a repair, by using a sheet of screen they simply nailed over the hole at the top, but the screen was not tacked to the wood framing all the way around and it was flapping loose in the breeze. The screen issue would be a simple fix for someone with a staple gun and 10 minutes of time, and it would make it possible to use the picnic table and downstairs porch. The drive to the Refuge and beach was so convenient! It really is an easy drive to everything on the island from this location. There are also some nice decorative touches in the place that make it feel welcoming, and the kitchen is very well equipped.

We were put off by the decor in the living room and no light or lamps in that room. Moving around the furniture helped a bit except for the lack of lights.The kitchen is well stock with the basics, the bed is comfortable and the screened porches a great touch

Great view

The view over the marsh is what makes this place so special. Great kitchen…well supplied. Central location. Might want to let visitors know about the steep steps up to 2nd floor.

We loved sitting on the screened in balcony which gave us a nice view of the canal and bay. The sunrise was beautiful from there,also.We found that there was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distances. We could walk to the main district but could catch the trolley right near the road just a block from the townhouse. I would return .
