Beautiful and safe area. Perfect and cozy home for our visit with family. Plenty of room, very clean and adequate cooking utensils available. Highly recommend :)

Stayed over Thanksgiving. Kitchen was great. Dining area was small & only had 4 chairs that fit the high top table but we made it work. Living room was great for watching the games!

Thank you Diana for our kind and thoughtful feedback. I do review all feedback and ordered 2 new stools just now that will better fit the table for future guest. It was simply and oversight of the new chairs I put in earlier this year.

Great visit at Millard Quack House

Exactly as listed, which was perfect for our visit to Omaha. Great location for getting around town. The place was clean and had plenty of space to visit with friends.

Slept well

Property was clean, comfortable easy to access and worked great for our needs. Would be an ideal spot for hunters/sportsmen, too.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

We had a nice stay at this home while in town for a baseball tournament. Jeremy was an excellent host. He was easy to reach and helped answer all questions and concerns. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and the backyard was great for our kids to play.

If you’re working in the Omaha area and want a place to stay, you need to get a hold of Jeremy! He is absolutely amazing to work with, and his house is awesome.

The property was clean and conveniently located. The communication was just the right amount. Check in was easy. Stayed for a wedding, the amenities, including bathrooms and bedrooms were great to ready. Kitchen was clean. House instructions were simple.

First vacation

I booked this stay as a first in state vacation for my family of 5. Right away we had fantastic communication with the property owner about the house and expectations. We arrived to a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The house is unique in the decorative elements, which impressed my oldest daughter immensely (she loves to hunt). It was very clean and well set up. We did have to reach out on day 2 regarding the air conditioning, but property owner was very helpful and eager to speak with. Having appliances on site, such as laundry, really helped our family stay clean and organized, as having 3 kids exploring outdoors can be messy. It was also nice to come back each evening to unwind and watch a movie in a different room than the kids and their preferences. I will definitely recommend this place, as well as remember it for future trips.

Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to follow up because I was confused by the concern regarding the temperature in the house. For all of my guests, I am available at any time to answer questions or help with anything during their stay. If I am unavailable for any reason, other staff members are also available to assist. I do not regulate or restrict the temperature settings in the home, nor do I lock the thermostats to prevent guests from making adjustments. Guests are welcome to set the temperature to whatever is most comfortable for them. Had the guest reached out to me, I would have gladly let them know to feel free to adjust the thermostat to any setting preferred. Likewise, the thermostat could have been adjusted directly at any time during the stay. I always encourage guests to contact their host if they have questions, concerns, or need assistance. Most hosts, including myself, want their guests to be comfortable and will do everything possible to accommodate reasonable requests and ensure an enjoyable stay.

The house was everything advertised. Jeremy was very responsive with any questions we had. Even had a great recommendation for dinner the first night. Would definitely stay here again.
