This Comfy cabin boast's many Pine & Oak Trees. Main Cabin is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath ( 1 King bed 1 Queen Bed) additional Sleeper Sofa MAX 6.
Bunkhouse max guest is 4.
This cabin also has a spectacular Bunkhouse with a King bed 2 Bunks , full bathroom with shower, fireplace, big screen TV , WIFI. Bunkhouse is available for small additional rate of $35.00 per night. ( Bunkhouse is not included in the main cabin rate ). WiFi does extend to the Bunkhouse.

Bunkhouse also has a small refrigerator and a Kcup coffee maker

Relaxing front deck with rocking chairs, fenced backyard for your furry friends to roam free ( Dog's Only /$30 pet fee, per Dog , 2 Dog maximum) , a campsite feel backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and chairs and also a BBQ.
Also being in the Mountains, there are natures insects and animals in the area so stay alert.

It is 5 minutes from Rainbow Lake boat ramp.
Home is 10 minutes to shopping and restaurant's .

Always great.

This was our third time staying at the cabin. Ron is a great host and the cabin is always clean and comfortable. Dogs love the freedom of the fenced yard. We will definetly be back.

New years staycation!

My family and I stayed both in the main house and the bunkhouse. Everything was so wonderful and comfy! The owners were amazing and very communicative. They even accommodated two extra pets. Will be recommending to anyone who will listen!

Christmas In The Pines

This was our first Christmas together as a family in over 5 years (more like 10) and the property owners, Ron & and his wife made it a true blessing. We were welcomed with holiday decorations and a Christmas tree decorated to make this a true home away from home. The house came with all the essentials which made cooking and baking a breeze. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets for everyone to sleep cozy and lots of room for this big family to fit comfortably. We even had a basket of treats waiting for us to snack on while we unpacked. Ron was available at all times and quick to respond to answer any questions. We really were so thankful for this time and stay. We hope to visit again soon!! Thank you thank you for making it extra special for us all!

rental property

property is nice. upon entry we found that the fold out sleeper had not been cleaned in quite a long time as there was a layer of dust under the cushions. the host said that it in fact had been cleaned and acted as if we were being picky. i took pictures as proof. he did send out his cleaning crew to take care of the problem but not after suggesting we go to a hotel instead. the rest of our stay was acceptable.

Nice stay in Pinetop

Ron is a great host the house has everything you need. It is on a big property that is gated. The beds are really comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here

Great Place for Dogs and Small Children

I would not have necessarily picked this Vacation spot based on the photos, but I read several of the reviews and they were very positive. I now know why. I highly recommend this place. The Lake is only visible with a 3 minute walk. To actually access the Lake is a 5 Minute Drive. Not a big deal though.

Beautiful little cabin

Not sure where to start, everything about the property was amazing great location beautiful inside and out. The only complaints our family had was we didn't have enough time to spend there. Would definitely book the property again and stay there again.recommend.

Lovely Cabin

We had to cut our stay short due to my illness but the stay was wonderful. They fenced yard was a joy for our dog, Maggie. She spent most of her day outside! We really enjoyed our stay there. It was well set up and easy to get on the wifi. I would definitely book again.

Excellent place to relax

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay labor day weekend. This is our second time staying at Ron's cabin. It is the perfect place to relax and escape the Phoenix heat.The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to roam free and sniff everything. A++++

Cabin Wonderland

This cabin is located on property loaded with pine trees, both the front and a back. You will enjoy the swing in the backyard or rocking chairs on the front porch. Cleanliness is a top priority. Any communication with the host is answered within minutes. This is our second stay and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed, The cute cabin is in a great location and would highly recommend. We spent alot of our time outside, since the weather was so nice, It exceeded our expectations and we cant wait to stay again, Thank you for great getaway.

Quiet getaway

We wanted to get away from the fireworks as they scare our dog. This location was very nice. The fenced yard was perfect. The cabin was comfortable for all of us.

Comfortable, Serene, Everything You Could Need

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is one of the best by far. The Manager/Owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Our dog Loved the spacious fully fenced yard with grass and alot of shade trees! The bed was so comfortable that I slept as well as I do at home. The a/c worked well and we were glad to have it on one particularly warm day. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Stress-free mountain relief

I can't say enough about this property, it was everything and then some. It was very clean comfortable and inviting, it truly had everything you needed, all you need to do is bring food they even accommodated the dogs from dog beds to dog treats to dog bowls. It had little welcome baskets with treats coffee. Love how the cabin is one level no stairs plenty of seating in the living room, TV in every room. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. The adjoining bunkhouse if you rent it is well worth it for the extra room backyard has fire pit and fully enclosed fenced property wonderful, a little tree house for the children which was so much fun for them. If you go fishing they have an outside sink to clean and prepare your fish awesome. The attention to detail and everything you will need for a mountain stress-free relief is there for you. When I said you won't need to bring anything kitchen wise it truly has everything you don't even need to bring anything from your house, and it has awesome hot water. Ron the host was awesome and got back with me on my questions and help with my TV issues not his fault it was mine but I appreciate his quick response. I truly can't say enough about this experience, if you get the chance this is a place you want to rent from. Property rentals could learn a lot from Ron this is how you run a property I will be renting this again and again miss it already morning coffee on the beautiful porch so peaceful. Thank you Ron.

Dalgai's family vacation

Cabin was very clean inside and outside. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. TV's in living room, and both bedrooms. Family board games were fun. Location was nice and quiet. All stores and restaurants were minutes away. Cabin was very homie. Two recliners, chair w/ottoman, a couch in living room were comfortable. Kitchen had snacks and treats left by hostess. The only issue we had was, there was no firewood, the gas fireplace was not working and there was no walking access to Rainbow Lake. The property's around the lake had "no trespassing" signs. We had to drive around and found the fishing dock. Communication with hostess was excellent. Thank you.
