STR-002647 A single-family residence that is Located on the shore of spectacular Rainbow Lake in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just 45 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, wonderful White Mountain fishing, this secluded and private townhouse is within 20 feet of the lake's edge. It has 1750 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms, and two and half bathrooms. Newly remodeled kitchen, granite counter-tops and new appliances 10/1/2017. Tv’s in all three bedrooms. There is an upper deck and a lower covered porch overlooking the lake, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this beautiful lake. You'll see many species of water fowl, osprey, muskrats, and bald eagles.

Rainbow lake is an 110 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass, northern pike and catfish. Trout fishing is the best early spring through the summer and the lake is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game and Fish during the summer. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best view of the lake. This home is fully furnished and equipped for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Due to our CCR'S rules. No more than 3 unrelated people may stay at our home. A total of no more than 6 guests.

Property at the Lake was well maintained. Excellent views from the decks. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare morning meals. Property is centrally located to eateries and shopping.

Our stay over Memorial Day weekend was wonderful. The condo was well equiped with everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was very confortable. The two decks had great views of the lake. We really enjoyed the location, right on Rainbow lake. Fishing and paddleboarding was our daily activity and going to the local restaurants. Paul was really great providing everything we needed to know about the place and greated us by phone when we arrived to make sure everything was ok. I would enjoy staying there again, as we make this trip every year. Thank you for a great experience.

I was contacted twice by the host in reference to emails are gonna be coming to me and also something on my message and it was the details of everything about that property. How to get in when you are inside what amenities were there. When I arrived and entered the place, it was absolutely fantastic. All the rooms were clean. Anything you wanted was in the kitchen or in the bathrooms some reference to you really do not need to bring anything up there besides food. I did bring my mother who is 92 and two of her friends and all of them commented how fantastic the place was they also enjoyed playing cards and just relaxing looking out on the lake. That is one of the keys that I would like to book up next time at this place cause the view of the lake seeing geese ducks just nature I always said if you cannot relax, then something is wrong. My mother again commented when we were leaving how much she loved this place and this was an absolute fantastic pic that I did and I’m hoping maybe around April to go back and bring her again with some friends and just relax. Of course the area is very easy to access on the main road finding a lot of restaurants cafés and just the course down the street a main grocery store Safeway to get the items that you need.

The best part of this rental is its location right on the water. The property needs some care, maintenance and updating. We had issues with a screen door sticking and needs replacement. The outside deck furniture and table were dirty. The kitchen utensils and cooking items are sub par. The bathrooms all have lower kid countertops so you’re bending over to use. With a little care and updating could rate much higher.

A great getaway

Wonderful location and beautiful views. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Would love to come back in the summer to experience a different season.
