Upon entering through the front door, you'll be greeted by two inviting seating areas equipped with SmartTVs, ensuring ample lounge space.

🛋️ On the right, a spacious area with 2 large couches and accent chairs invites relaxation. To the left, a more intimate space, complete with its own SmartTV, loveseat, and twin accent chairs, seamlessly connects to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. The kitchen boasts essential amenities for your culinary adventures, including a gas range and a breakfast bar for additional seating.

🍳 The first 2 bedrooms, located at the back of the house off the kitchen, offer a retreat-like experience. To the right is the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed, SmartTV, ensuite bathroom, large walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

🛌 To the left of the primary bedroom, you'll find the 2nd bedroom, bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. The home's remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are down the hallway to the left of the front door. Step into the spacious backyard through the kitchen's garage door, where a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating await.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Evacuation Policy:
In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County during your stay, enjoy peace of mind with a 100% refund of all deposits, payments, and/or monies paid within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.

House Rules:
• 🚭 No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for in-room smoke damages
• 🚬 Smoking permitted only outside, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from doors
• Firearms are strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police

Legal Short Term Rental:
Compliance with all legal requirements. Respect quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for following The City of North Charleston Ordinance rules under Section 156.340.

Extended Stays:
Stays of 10 days or more may be subject to an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.

Alteration Policy:
Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.

Event Decorations:
Use painters tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.

Laundry Etiquette:
Utilize the washer and dryer if available to freshen linens. Limited supplies require off-site washing between stays. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.
