We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beds were not the most comfortable and some of the balcony furniture was rusted. Need chairs in the bedrooms. The large dining room was kind of wasted space for just the 2 of us. It could be a second living space with TV. Only about a dozen hangers in the closet and a larger coffeemaker would be an help. Obviously the location and amenities are top notch and the condo management was great.

Unfortunately the guest right before lost an access key but we got a replacement after the weekend from the COA and our team brought It up to the unit. No one was home at the time so our team member set it on the little key hangar right inside the front door. Apologies for the missing key at the start of your stay we were not able to get a new one right away and had to wait over the weekend until the condo association was back in the office Monday.

Beautiful views, Immaculate property

Spent 10 days at this oceanfront property with my adult daughter. Property is exactly as described. Unit is well-equipped with everything someone may need for a beach vacation. The grounds are updated, pool area and entry point to the beach are well-done. We loved it! It was hard to leave and we hope to return.

Large unit

Building is very nice and clean. Unit was clean but the windows were dirty. We cleaned all the windows as we love to look at the ocean. Unit is very large and spacious great for two couples or family. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Thank you for your business Diane. Sorry we could not get that elusive 5 star review. In regards to the windows we squeegee them from top to bottom during cleanings. It takes one thunder storm or a couple days of calm weather to have them coated in ocean salt spray again, so there is really nothing we can do. If we clean the unit today and three days from now an arrival takes place they will likely appear dirty again, or if we clean them today and it storms before that guests arrives the guest may likely see them as dirty. We do our best at the time of cleaning to squeegee them down but nature will be nature on those oceanfront balconies. Thank you again.

Great home away from home!

My husband and I were here for 4 weeks with family coming for some of the time. The location can’t be beat! The patio allowed for spectacular views where we saw dolphins, whales, space launches and sunrises. The front view allowed for spectacular sunsets! We were close to anything we needed or wanted. Lucas, the property manager was helpful and available when we had questions. The unit is well stocked and taken care of! We are already planning to return.

Best vacation ever!!

We love the daytona area but was looking for something more remote for this trip..the resort was beautiful clean and pretty private with the beach not crowded whatsoever..it was exactly what we were looking for with our crazy hectic lives we got to unwind and spend quality time with our teenage boys..the condo was absolutely perfect with the most beautiful views from basically anywhere in the condo..it was also fully stocked with everything you could need for staying in and cooking to anything you need for the beach(even though we had our own beach chairs towels etc) you literally don't have to bring it! The beds were so comfy and theres enough bath towels stocked for a family of 4 that you don't have to do laundry daily! The pictures literally dont do this place justice!!! Plenty of space huge tv with a huge selection of movies and a decent size balcony which is where we spend majority of our time if were not the beach!! If your looking for just a relaxing spot to make memories with your family this place is definitely it!

Wonderful Unit Gorgeous View

This is such a comfortable place to stay. Very roomy unit more space than we expected. The reclining sofa’s and huge TV made us feel at home. The mattress in both bedrooms were so comfortable. Lucas responds to all your needs. I 100% recommend staying here, I know we will be back. They are wonderful folks to deal with :)

Well-appointed condo

We have rented beach houses and condos all over the Gulf Coast, Eastern Florida and the Bahamas and this condo fitted our needs exactly. The presentation of the condo in the original photos we saw before rental was accurate, and upon arrival we noted the second bedroom had been upgraded even more. Lovely comfortable interior, superior electronics, reliable wifi. The balcony area was ample for a small number of guests. I would compliment the host on attention to detail and as an example the light switches were labeled...if you've rented beachouses before you know sometimes it takes a day or two to figure it out, very considerate. Kitchen amenities were fine, pots and pans could use an upgrade but that's a detail that is tough for a host to keep up with. The previous renter had done some very minor damage, the host asked if repairs could be made during our stay, we respectfully requested they wait and he understood. Overall, 5 stars. I am writing this review before having the ability to review the host's review.

Excellent Property

We stayed for two weeks over the Fourth of July. The condo is just beautiful, clean and very well equipped. Everything was so comfortable even the beds. The beach is very family friendly and clean. We even got to see a sea turtle come up on the beach to nest her eggs. Wonderful place to stay. The owner is very welcoming and available.
