Loved the space, creative decor, big fluffy towels, bath and shower, pet friendly, quiet, everything well thought out for a comfortable stay. As a reviewer mentioned, the drive way is very steep and with a large pickup, turning around was a challenge. Otherwise, a great 3 day get away!

The property is in a great location atop a hill overlooking the town which is within walking distance. The interior is quite cozy. The shower is very nice (great pressure and hot!!). Plenty of kitchenware. The bed is very comfortable, and there are plenty of extra blankets if needed. Great sitting areas in the rear of the property. The host was not overbearing, and provided needed information quickly. Overall, the stay was great! Would recommend. Very quiet as well.

Great place to stay in Creede! Breathtaking mountain views, and it’s walkable to restaurants and the grocery store. We also appreciated the large bathroom and washing machine/dryer. One small nit - they only provide one day’s worth of coffee, so if that’s important to you, be sure to bring your own.

It's a great place, but you do need to make a run at the driveway, to get up the hill. Otherwise, it was a cool litttle place and had great views.

Hated to leave..

The house was perfect for our family trip. Beautiful views, wildlife visited daily, and right about Creede. We will definitely be back and continue to stay in VRC properties! Amanda was amazing and so helpful!! We hope to go back sooner than later!

The decor was unique and pleasing. More than one coffee filter would have been nice and some basic dry goods since the town is closed down by 5pm and checkin is after 4pm.

It was a nice little place to stay while in town. Great view. They aren’t lying when they say that you need a 4x4 or equivalent to get up the driveway. Luckily my Ford Edge made it up there with a good running start.

Cozy Cabin

This property, located in the breathtaking town of Creede, has all the amenities of a home away from home. A very clean and modern property that is just the right size for a small group of friends or family. There are stairs leading up to the porch from the parking space. I would not recommend this cabin if you have mobility issues. For anyone else though, this is a must see and stay at location.

The views at this property are absolutely amazing. We loved walking to the theater and another downtown events from the house. Highly recommend this quaint and rustic home for your next stay in Creede. Just a note for access: 3rd Street going up the hill is closed. The only access to the house is from Capital Street. The ascent to the house is very steep and not marked. If you set your Google maps to directions for walking, that’s your best bet.
