Come stay in "The Poker Cabin", one of our cozy cabins nestled on the river bank of the Rio Grande River. "The Nest" Vrbo 2575573 and "Picabo Place" Vrbo 2260903 are also located on the property for larger groups. Enjoy 1/3 mile of private river fishing access right outside your door! Fly Fishing and Catch and Release Only. Sorry we do not allow ATV's or UTV's. Stay in this historic cabin and enjoy the original cook stove, newly remodeled bathhouse (please note your private bathroom is located in the bathhouse, about 200 yds from your cabin, not inside your cabin), comfy beds, small kitchen stocked for your cooking needs, outdoor grill and access to washer and dryer. Only 2 miles from Historic Creede for shopping, dining, Bachelor Loop tour, Creede Reperatory Theatre, numerous adventures close by, such as hiking, biking, fishing, site seeing or simply relaxing.

The cabin was a true gem. Sweet, simple, right on the river, close to town. We loved just sitting by the river reading and writing and gazing at the stars at night. Can't wait to come visit again!

Great rustic cabin in a quiet setting by the river. Well equipped with everything we needed. Guests should be aware that it is a bit of a walk to the bathhouse from the Poker cabin.

We loved this place. Clean and inviting. Close to the river and we even caught a few trout. Short walk to very nice private bath and shower for each cabin. Will stay here again when we visit the Creede, Co area.

The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Super cozy, peaceful, and the perfect escape. The cabin was super well stocked with thoughtful touches throughout. We absolutely loved the cabin’s location right on the river. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. Can’t recommend enough!

The history of the cabin in itself is reason enough to stay there. It’s a great location on the river. It is a great place to relax and just enjoy the subtle sounds of the river rapids. Everything on the property is easy to find and in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host. A great family.

Poker Cabin

Enjoyed our weekend so much and really liked our stay in this rustic cabin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We were glad to have our bikes with us as we used them to ride back and forth to the nearby bathhouse and restroom which was about 200 yds away. Host was very friendly and accommodating!

River Solitude

Rel Rio is a one of a kind property that boasts privacy, river front with fishing, and mountain views. The cabin was immaculate, and the owners are awesome! Their communication was excellent, and they were available on site for any questions. We would highly recommend Rel Rio, and will definitely be returning!

Cute mountain town cabin!

My goodness! Poker Cabin was so stinkin' cute! It is clear that Shirrae takes much time, attention, and love in creating a wonderful, unique, and clean cabin experience! She was a very attentive host and I can't wait to return!! What a gem!
