Nestled at the base of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests with comfort. Located in a private community just outside of Nellysford. Close to all wineries, breweries, and Wintergreen Resort. It includes: a large family kitchen & dining room, front porch, large rear deck, outside grill, fire pit, private parking, laundry room, large flat screen TV's, Keurig machine, and a variety of cooking supplies.

Amazing Family Getaway

The owners were awesome with communication from the start, the house was beautiful and so warm and inviting. So close to the slopes and breweries. We had an awesome time!!

Peaceful weekend away

The house was cute, very clean and relaxing. Thank you for providing hand soap and shower necessities along with blowdryer! We did not get to use the firepit or sit on the deck due to the bugs and heat and sad that the bridge was not accessible, but look forward to coming back. Great location - just off 151 and close to everything.

Bachelorette Baking Weekend Getaway

This property was the perfect spot for my sister's bachelorette baking weekend. As fans of the Great British Bake Off show, we needed a place with a big enough kitchen and have enough space to comfortably have a low-key weekend for 8 people. This house could not have been more perfect for our needs! Anthony and Jessica are so kind, very communicative and proactive with any issues/items needed for our stay. The house is spacious, beautiful and in a great location. Bold Rock Cidery and the newest Three Notch'd brewing property are both within 10 minutes of the house. We cannot recommend this property enough and are already discussing planning another trip next year!

WONDERFUL TRIP!

Every year, early Dec we do a weekend getaway w/friends. We are in NC & they are in PA - this year we met 1/2 way in Faber. We had a great time! The house is adorable & the property just fabulous. So peaceful & beautiful. Everything was just as described and communication w/Anthony was probably one of the best, if not the best we've experienced. Perfect getaway spot!

We loved our stay at this property! It’s a beautiful location, and how close it was to the breweries and wineries. House was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the peacefulness of sitting out on the back deck. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Get Away

This property is wonderful. Quiet and comfortable. Wonderful surrounding landscapes and views. We saw a lot of wildlife. Kitchen and amenities were nice. We would go back.

Perfection

The property is gorgeous, comfortable, quiet, and very well thought out. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful area of Virginia, which is close to Wintergreen, hiking, wineries, cideries, or just relaxing. Truly wished that we could have stayed longer! Great place in the valley!

Very comfortable and clean home, enough room for people to spread out. Lovely property with a sunrise view over the neighborhood lake. Location is very convenient to Nellysford and everything the area offers. Well appointed inside and out. We enjoyed reading on the porch, relaxing inside, making s’mores at the outdoor fire pit, as well as taking advantage of skiing, hiking, breweries and wineries in the area. Anthony was great - very responsive and accommodating.

It was a beautiful home and fit the needs of my family, there’s only a short distance to wintergreen ski slopes and plenty of places to eat, the house was beautiful and comfortable and fully enjoyed our stay. The property managers were awesome and we will rent from them again.

Wonderful family get away

Took my entire family on a Christmas getaway to this lovely house. The house is just as you see in the pictures. Very clean and neat. Plenty of things offered to do such as, sitting out by the bonfire, going on a short hike to a nearby lake, playing board games, or staying in and watching a movie. The host was very helpful and communicative when we had questions. I will definitely consider this stay again in the future. Thank you -Achan

A little piece of heaven

Fall Family Trip

We had a great family 3 night trip. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of seating room in living , sitting room combo. Wonderful fire pit and s’mores fun for the kids. Minutes away from family friendly hiking trails and winery’s, breweries. This house was perfect for our trip. I’d highly recommend it for every season. A very short ride to Wintergreen for golf and skiing.as well. Our Host was very attentive to our needs..

You MUST stay here!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this house. It's very close to EVERYTHING. Tons of wineries, breweries, distilleries, hiking, skiing, etc. Overall, the house was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. There was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and linens were provided. The firepit outside was so nice with loads of firewood. I would stay here again for sure!

Great House

Great house, everything was exactly as advertised. The changes I would make is in the primary bedroom the bed needs to be replaced. Also, the bedroom upstairs with a king size bed needs to be moved away from the wall. Other than that, the house meet our expectation. Thanks for sharing with us.

Adorable house in the mountains

This house had all the amenities needed for a great girls weekend. It was clean, had towels and sheets for all beds, and kitchen had the necessities for cooking dinner. The location was perfect and in the middle of multiple wineries, cideries and breweries.

Easy, relaxing, and beautiful!

First time using VRBO and it was a piece of cake. The owners were easy to chat with and responded to questions and recommendations for things we were looking to do quickly! The house met all of our needs. It was plenty of space to fit 7 adults. The house was very clean and had everything in the kitchen we needed. It was a good distance away from neighbors for privacy and the yard is huge. Having a fire pit and chairs outside was amazing, they even had s’mores sticks in the cupboard! There are a lot of wineries and breweries around and I highly suggest the James river tubing about 30 mins away. I would definitely recommend this listing for a getaway!!! 10/10 for us!
