Located on Presqu’ile Bay, Brighton, Ontario, less than 2 hrs drive from GTA. The 2 bedroom 3 season cottage is located 100 feet from water with docks and aquabats, private BBQ, picnic table, fire pit, high speed internet, AC and smart TV. 300ft of shallow shoreline for swimming and fishing. 3.5km to Presqu’ile park. 30 mins to Prince Edward County, 45 mins to Sandbanks. Please inquire about our seasonal discount from April to November. This cottage is wheelchair accessible.

Great lakefront family cottage at Presqu’ile Bay

We had a great time at this cottage! It was really clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. The amenities were amazing (free use of kayaks, pedal boat, life jackets, bicycles, and park pass). It was a wonderful spot in the bay where we created some special memories with the kids. Mike (property manager) was really helpful and we appreciated the quick text responses from Maria and Wisdom (owners). We would definitely consider rebooking in the future!

Fantastic! The host is so much sweat host. The house 🏡 is beautiful and very clean. The nature is like paradise with swans and views. I saw beautiful view everyday. On the lake everyday and my children swam there and did campfires a lot. And they said "I wanna live here." When something needed He answered and helped our family like family's feeling and not as commercial. When we needed some ergent help, he (or his friend) helped us like family even my car's A/C was not working well and even my car's battery was gone.(it is exactly not his job. Thank you so much!! 😂 ) It was very safe there and there were so nice neighborhood. It is really very beautiful place. I wanna recommend even the winter. Because This house's air-conditioned is so good and I wanna visit there when it is frozen as well. It would be very beautiful surely!! Wifi was so fast like i'd never had before. On the TV, we can enjoy every movies when having Netflix.what a Convenient cottage ever had. Thankful time was so much heavenly blessing. I recommend here the best.

Visit with our disabled daughter

My wife, daughter and I had a great week. The cottage had lots of room for a wheelchair and there was a great ramp that worked well. We used the paddle boat (3 seater) and our daughter was able to swim easily, rolling right to the water. I couldn't believe the fishing from the 4 docks. We'll be regulars.

What a little gem in Brighton!

We had a wonderful time at our little cabin, right by the water in Brighton, and we will most definitely come back! Wisdom and Mike welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication with owners Wisdom and Maria were clear, fast and easy. Our cabin had everything we needed, super cute and cozy. The grounds are awesome for kids and families, lots to do for my very busy 6 years old! The playground with the trampoline right on site was a big hit, as well as the water sliding mat right in front of our cabin! I also really enjoyed the kayak and pedal boat rides! Presqu'île National park is 5 minutes away and so beautiful, with its beaches, trails and lighthouse. My only regret was to not have taken advantage of the bicycles that Wisdom and Maria make available to us. It is a cyclist paradise for sure, with beautiful and safe paths to and in the park. Brighton is 10 minutes away and such a lovely little town, with its cute boutiques and shops. There are also several restaurant options and yummy ice cream shops as well. I could go on and on, but once again, I LOVED our stay and we will for sure come back! Thank you again Wisdom, Maria and Mike for your hospitality, and we hope to see you again next year! The property is family friendly with five newly renovated side by side cottages, situated right on 300ft of private pebble stone sandy beach with shallow clear and calm water, suitable for swimming. It is a great location for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Our scenic land tips into the Bay area, water in front, behind, and on one side of the property with Presqu’ile Provincial Park across the Bay as the backdrop. Enjoy the magnificent view from sunrise to sunset, change of lake weather through the day, and starry nights right from the property. The calm Bay water and conservatory marsh area attract many forms of wild water lives most famously known for sighting swans, loons, geese and egrets. We are privately situated at the end of a street in a quiet neighbourhood.

The two bedroom cottage sleeps 4, max at 6 people, offers space for a personal refuge or group vacation:

Our cottages are just 5 minutes away from Presqu’ile Provincial Park known for its long white sandy beach & access to magnificent hiking & biking trails, 5 minutes from Brighton with restaurants, Sobeys, No Frills, LCBO, Beer Store, pharmacies, Tim Hortons, laundry mats, public library, and dog park, 15 minutes to Walmart and Trenton hospital, golf course, 30 Minutes to Prince Edward County famous for its boutique wineries and breweries as well as the beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park.

In the spring/summer months there is so much to do, the beaches, trails, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, horseback riding, golfing and more. Explore the local food scene visiting our restaurants and cafes, bakeries, cheese makers, cideries, and chocolatier. Make a day to visit and hop local wineries and breweries, and antique shops!

In the fall visit one of the nearby apple orchards and pick apples or get lost in a corn maze. The best time to see fall colours in the area is from the beginning of October to Thanksgiving. Hike along one of local trails or head out to one of the local viewing spots-just ask us for directions. If you are here on weekend there are also farmers markets for fresh and local food or souvenirs.

Last but not least, please check our other 4 cottages on the property, all have beautiful water view from the living room and kitchen area. Cottage #4 is three bedroom, and Cottage 1, 2, 3, and 5 two bedrooms. Cottage #2 is wheelchair accessible.
