Spacious Tuscany-Style Home near Laughlin and Katherine's Landing/Lake Mohave

Location, location, location! This beautifully updated home features 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a fenced back yard. This home is 3 miles from Katherine's Landing/Lake Mohave, 2.5 miles from Laughlin and the casinos, 4 miles from the main town, and just minutes from the Colorado River. The area also boasts numerous hiking trails and off road areas just uphill. Enjoy all the comforts of home in the quiet Sun Ridge Estates neighborhood.

Comfortable and family friendly, featuring leather seating, all wood furniture, hardwood flooring throughout, and new cabinets and lighting. Entertainment amenities include all Smart TV's and DVD players. Enjoy movies on the 65" TV in the living room, and the bedrooms all feature 43" TV's. There are also some movies, games, and books for children and adults.

The primary bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring an ensuite bathroom, queen-size bed and a comfortable lounging chair that pulls out into a single bed. The other bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements for additional guests. All queen beds have new pillow top mattresses, and the XL twin and sleeper-chair bed offer memory foam mattresses. All beds have hypoallergenic mattress covers and pillow covers, and all bedding is provided.

The bathrooms are well appointed, and include hair dryers, bath towels/hand towels/washcloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The ensuite bathroom features a large open-concept walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a shower nook with a glass door.

The kitchen is roomy and includes all appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and ample cabinet and counter space. All cookware, serving dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, and utensils are included, along with coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and a small variety of seasonings. The house includes a separate laundry room area with a newer front-load HE washer and dryer, along with a small supply of laundry essentials.

Unwind and enjoy a beautiful desert sunset from the covered back patio area, that includes a gas BBQ and a glass-top table with seating for 6. BBQ some steaks, pour a glass of wine, and relax.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, and we look forward to you being our guest.

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town for the night! We enjoyed the home and it was comfortable…much nicer than being in 3 hotel rooms! We would definitely stay again when back in town!

Took a quick trip to Arizona to visit family. The house was perfect for us. It's a beautiful home in a nice area. Very quiet. House was very nice and clean. Would stay again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The dining table and sofa were very spacious and comfortable. The entire place was also impeccably clean and well-maintained. Additionally, communication with the host was prompt and smooth. Highly recommended!

great house for week end stay

Super nice clean house well outfitted with everything we needed towels,coffee maker,coffee etc. Great place to stay i will be staying there my next visit to the area for sure!
