Welcome to "Nest", a private front-unit duplex in Winter Haven designed for families, couples, business travelers, and guests visiting LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Peppa Pig Theme Park, Downtown Winter Haven, Winter Haven Hospital, and nearby Central Florida attractions.

Guests will see the "Nest" sign at the front of the property. We use the name Nest because this home is designed to be a comfortable place to land, relax, and feel at home during your stay.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental includes a comfortable living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, a cozy kitchenette with essentials, two inviting bedrooms, and a clean, modern bathroom. Each bedroom also includes its own 55-inch Smart TV.

Sleeping setup includes three memory foam beds: one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin trundle.

This property is part of a duplex, but your rental space is private. The only shared area is the parking area, and each unit has its own designated parking spot.

The home is conveniently located about 2 miles from LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park, with restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, local lakes, Downtown Winter Haven, and Winter Haven Hospital nearby.

We are a family-owned hosting team focused on safety, cleanliness, comfort, and guest-readiness. The home is prepared before each arrival to help guests enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. It was easy to access and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — especially being so close to Legoland. We would absolutely rent again!

Very close to Legoland. Nice neighborhood. Had a TV in every room which I appreciate. And even an extra bed in the second bedroom. Enjoyed my stay. Had everything I needed.

Completely covered in roaches. Host went unresponsive after saying they would refund. Had to work through Vrbo to get them to respond and refund.

The property is very close to Legoland. It was clean and organized. The host checked on us as we were arriving which made us feel welcomed. We did not find anything wrong with our stay.

Just right

This little home is perfect for a family of 4. Amenities were exactly what was needed for our short trio. Neighborhood was clean and safe. There is no oven, which can be seen in the photos, but I missed that detail. Owner was quick to respond. Would recommend adding a bin of board games or something to add to the entertainment. Perfect location. We would rent there again.

Nice spot in Winter Haven

My wife and I stayed here while watching our son's college baseball team play for the week in C Florida. Very clean and convenient. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. No oven so it's hard to cook but there is refrigerator. Price was fair. I recommend it.

We had a great time. The place was awesome. I would have stayed at a different place. If I knew other people staying at the house. That information should be added. When I called about the other family. The person on the phone was rude I didn't appreciate that. Thanks

Hello Marion, thank you for staying with us, appreciate the feedback. The property you stayed at is part of a duplex, this information is shared in the property description. Both units are set up as rentals and each guest has a lot of privacy as there are no shared spaces. I also want to extend my sincere apologies if you felt the person that answered the phone was rude. That is unacceptable and not how we conduct business. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback so we can improve on services for our guest.

Davenport Rental

Pros: Unit was clean and nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and host was quick to respond. Nice large patio with nice furniture and umbrellas. Cons: On hot days the umbrellas were not enough so we were always searching for shade. Not having control of the air conditioning was an issue. The location was close to stores and a mall, but the traffic on Hwy. 27 was extremely busy.

Upon arriving we saw another vehicle in the driveway. The listing did NOT say that it was one house constructed into two separate entrances. We also didn't receive check in instructions and had to call the number listed. As we went in, another guest was right outside working on his car right in front of where we were sleeping. There were only 2 washcloths but the listing said for 5 people? That's 3 short. Only 4 bath towels, one short. Owner did drop off more towels and washcloths the next day as well as new sheets. The trundle bed was broke making it hard to get out. The sheets were NOT clean. The bedroom sheets had brown hair which was leftover from other guests. We found a screw on the floor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been mopped properly. The smoke alarms were not installed properly. Also, there were two electrical plugs on in each bedroom didn't work. We had nightlights, watches, kids gizmos, tablets, phones, weren't able to charge them all due to a shortage of plugs which was frustrating. Also, the second night we came home and the house was 85 degrees!! That air conditioner was off. We took it off the wall per owners instructions and it somehow restarted but took 5 hours! to get to a reasonable temperature so we couldn't sleep bc it was so hot. Also, the light flickered in the main room which made us think the whole houses electrical isn't wired properly. The master tv didn't work the 3rd night.The door to get in was broken.

Pedro was responsive to quickly and kindly agreed to let us check in early. The property overall is as pictured. It is part of a duplex and the neighbors got a little loud in the middle of the night. The couches are NOT as pictured. They were dirty, stained and not usable. We were only there 2 nights and really just needed a place to sleep, so I would rate this property as ok. I personally would not return for the reasons listed above.
