Maddie was very responsive which was so appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable with a great layout. It was perfect for our family over the holidays.

Great location, excellent service and very nicely renovated

We stayed two nights and didn't drive one time. The place was very close to great restaurants, breweries and shopping. The building was very clean, tastefully renovated and the hosts were excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is a great location near downtown Kalamazoo. Very walkable to nearby shops at the North Kalamazoo Mall. We were in town for a race which started at a park only two blocks away which was perfect.Parking was easy and just across the street in dedicated spots so you didn’t have to work about street parking. Check in was easy and the host was responsive to our concerns.

It is in a great location and is very clean and charming. All went smooth. It was perfect for myself and two girlfriends for attending the WMU homecoming activites. We will stay here again in the future.

Daughter college graduation weekend

It was great! Had little snafu with wrong code to get in, but it was resolved quickly! Place was fantastic! And they allowed an hour later check out! Would def stay here again !

Awesome place. Great location.

This property was great. Nice and clean. Instructions for parking and access to the property were clear. The place is bigger on the inside than it looks in the pictures. Easy access to downtown Kalamazoo. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and convenient location; clean property

We were in town for a couple of back to back tennis tournaments. We stayed for about 11 days. Great central location, very clean, close to downtown and very receptive and easy to communicate staff. Would highly recommend the place for others. We had to extend for an additional day and it was easily accommodated.

Exactly as described. Cozy, clean, and convenient. Comfy beds. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Great parking. Very quiet for being DT. We’ll stay again if we’re ever in Kalamazoo again!

Kalamazoo Secret

We needed to "get away from life" for a few days after a stressful 6 weeks with health and subsequent death of a close family member. THIS SPACE was/is perfect! It was clean, comfortable, easily accessible with parking and for exploring downtown Kalamazoo on foot. You will not be disappointed in the location or value of this space! We definitely will be back!

Better than pictured. Everything new, updated and clean. Great communication. I had to change my reservation twice, they were quickly responsive and very helpful. Two entrances were very helpful and very secure. TV in every room. Ample parking across the street. Felt safe and secure. Kitchen stockings were a little light. Only an Omelet size pan. If you want to cook for more than one, bring pans and bake dishes. With that being said, everything they had was new. Great temp control. If you are a light sleeper you do hear footsteps associated with an older building. People are quiet, but you can here them come and go. Very pleased, would rent again in a heart beat If you want to be near downtown or Bronson. Street was surprisingly not busy. Easy in and out with light. People were great.

Better Communication

The apartment inside is nice. However it is located down the street from a bar and a lot of drunk activities we’re going on over the weekend. Parking is limited and additional parking should be better communicated to the individual staying at the location.

Nice place in a central location!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend football roadtrip. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The parking lot is across the street from the apartment but it was easy to find and to walk back/forth. Matt was quick to reply to my two questions and we had no issues whatsoever. Check in and check out were quick and simple. We've already recommended it to friends who will be coming to Kalamazoo in the near future!
