No stairs required with our new elevator that takes you directly to your loft! Our recently renovated loft offers an unforgettable downtown experience. You can easily walk to the best restaurants, breweries, and bars. If you prefer to drive, we've got you covered with one free parking spot in our private parking lot located right next to the building. Take a break and relax while enjoying a beer from the famous Bell's Brewery located just down the street. Restful sleep awaits you on our memory foam mattresses. Start your day with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar from our coffee bar.

If you decide to stay in for the night, our bar, board games, Pacman, Shuffleboard table, and furnished balcony offer plenty of entertainment options. Once you arrive, we'll provide you with a Welcome Book that includes our favorite restaurants and activities in Kalamazoo.

Overall a very well done loft in the heart ofKalamazoo. Secure access, good beds, plentiful tvs and neat arcade games made this well appointed home perfect for our stay (two adults, a 7 y/o and two standard poodles) with room to spare. And, the hosts are excellent communicators and respond very quickly. We would stay here again. Would recommend.

It was a great stay. Beautiful place and convenient location for walking to shopping and restaurants. The arcade games were a neat addition. The hosts were great!

This was my second time renting a loft in this building, and both experiences were top-notch! Love the space to spread out, a large kitchen for gathering, and the games kept my teenagers entertained. The space was clean, the bathrooms felt luxurious, and the bed linens were nice. Mattresses were a little firm for my liking, but nothing that would stop me from returning. My favorite part was watching Bimbo's make pizzas from the bathroom window! The hosts were great at communicating, and the building is fully accessible. We entered and exited with ease.

Beautiful space! Spacious and close to many restaurants and bars! It was nice to stay at a place where you didn’t feel on top of each other.

This was a fantastic find and within many areas of interest for a bachelor/bachelorette party. It helped set a fun mood but kept things clean and upscale compared to something less personal like a regular hotel room. Also very considerate accomodations. It was so helpful for us all to have the opportunity to bond together here as well as be within walking distance of many good eats and fun places! I had no idea Kalamazoo could be that cool and fun to be there until our stay here. Definitely worth the trip and the stay. (Suggest to ride the mechanical bull at Wild Bull and enjoy some billiards on a Friday or Saturday)
