Welcome to our home! Our beautiful Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1700 sf ft. single level condo in Palm Valley CC is located on a quiet culdesac with a pool and spa right across the street! Great location only 2 blocks from the Clubhouse and Tennis & Pickleball courts.

This beautifully remodeled home fully stocked has an open floor plan, stunning kitchen with quartz countertops, all new stainless steel Bosch appliances. Three bedrooms give your guests plenty of space and privacy. Beautifully decorated modern and comfortable. Included are (3) large Smart TV’s. Living room has a 75” smart TV, Master Bedroom 65” as well as an additional TV in one of the guest rooms. New Sealy Hybrid mattress and luxury linens for a great night sleep! Free Wi-Fi and Hotwire cable package. Full size washer and dryer, double car garage, and electronic key pad for easy check in.

The golf course patio features comfortable seating and beautiful golf course views of the 18th fairway. The private front patio features comfortable seating and enjoy the gas BBQ. Enjoy the perks of club membership you can use our Tennis & Athletic membership to enjoy tennis/pickle ball, and the palm valley clubhouse state-of-the-art athletic complex, health spa and beauty salon, and restaurants.

So cute, pool and jacuzzi right accross the street and the owner was so great to work with. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes.

We had a flawless stay at Michelle’s place. The space was extremely clean and tastefully furnished - we felt relaxed and ready to vacation as soon as we stepped in. Michelle was a responsive and friendly host, we couldn’t have asked for better or quicker communication. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Michelle's property was incredible for Coachella! Not only did everything feel recently remodeled, but also the place was stocked with key kitchen supplies and toiletries. Michelle also was super responsive; I often got phone calls/texts within 10 minutes of sending over a question.It was obvious that a lot of thought and attention was paid to make the guest experience as smooth as possible. I envy any of her future guests!

Michelle provided all the details about our upcoming stay. It was a very comfortable and clean house, perfect for our weekend get away. We took advantage of the pickleball courts and would definitely book again in the future.

We loved staying at Michelle's home at Palm Valley Country Club. The home is decorated beautifully, with plenty of room for 6 people. We only had four (2 couples) so we had room to spare. The kitchen is well-stocked with every cooking supply you might need. The living room and primary bedroom each have a lovely view of the golf course. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Amazing Stay!

This condo was amazing! Everything was so comfortable, while also very stylish. The property had every single thing we needed and the misters out on the patio were a plus! Michelle, the owner, was so accommodating and replied almost instantly. I would stay here again anytime!

This place was amazing! Had all the amenities you could ask for. The host Michele was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and made sure if we needed anything at all to contact her! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our third time staying at this property for a conference in the area. The home is exceptional - clean, well stocked, and conveniently offering 3 beds 3 baths (one for each couple). Michelle is a dream to work with - responsive, accommodating, generous in spirit, and clear with instructions. We will continue returning to her lovely home for this annual event as long as she'll have us! :)

Four women that had an awesome time at this unit. So convenient to the pool. The place is very well stocked. And we would definitely go back and stay there.

Wonderful stay!

Michelle’s property is beautiful. Plenty of space. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and each couple had their own room and bathroom. Michelle is very responsive, I had to reach out a couple times and she wrote back immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Quiet location on the golf course

Very comfortable condo/home. A quiet location on gated community with nicely equipped kitchen and 6 burner grill we used most days. Enjoyed a guest athletic club membership for $30/week per person. We used everyday after golf with a full range of weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Nice pool, tennis and pickleball courts outside. Would stay again.

Girls weekend!

We stayed at Michelle's place to celebrate a weekend with the girls. We loved how roomy and bright the condo was and the easy proximity to all of the amenities that the club had to offer. All of the staff was very welcoming! Kitchen had everything we needed, we could have used a larger coffee pot but made it work! Thank you for helping to create a wonderful memorable weekend for all of us.

USA Pickleball Nationals

Excellent property, well equipped, everything seemed new and in good condition. The host made sure we had an excellent stay and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful neighborhood. Loved the hummingbirds buzzing around the back patio. Very useful to have access to the country club tennis and pickleball courts. Will look to return next year.

Home Base

We returned + retreated to this lovely home while we attended a conference in the area for a second year in a row. Our time was truly delightful, and the 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms made it a perfect fit for 5 adults - 3 couples last year...and next ;) The pride of ownership is clear in the cleanliness + care, and all the touches made for a very comfortable stay. Michelle, the owner, is an amazing communicator and prompt with all responses. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Gathering Place

This was one of the best-if not the best-rental experiences my family and I ever had. The place is as advertised - newly remodeled throughout, comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen appliances are higher quality with all the comfort gadgets- kcup and French press coffee machines, wine cooler, toaster oven- as well as plenty of nice earthenware, glasses and cutlery. As nice as the place is, the host Michelle is even better! She is super responsive and accommodating. Michelle makes you feel like you’re part of her family! Great place to stay if you want to enjoy country club amenities or explore the Coachella valley.

Beautiful and clean condo. facing the golf course. Michelle was quick to respond to any questions, issues. 3 baths, each having a hair dryer, loved the 4 slice toaster and keurig coffee maker. The grounds keepers on the golf course start early, like 7am. If you're a light sleeper. Within 30 to 60 minutes of most sites, hikes, attractions.
